Millie & Blake are a fantastic company who dispatch quickly, their items are fabulous! We have ordered from them many times and the clothes wash and wash without losing colour or shape. We especially love the personilised clothing and pjz, lovely designs and perfect sizing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful little clothes for our youngest daughter. This is the 3rd order I have had from Millie & Blake and I will definitely be ordering again. Lovely quality items that are so soft and don’t irritate her eczema prone skin.

I recently purchased a backpack from Millie and Blake, and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. When the backpack arrived, it had a fault, so I contacted their customer service. They told me to send the faulty item back and promised to send a replacement as soon as they received it.

I followed their instructions and returned the faulty backpack. However, I never received a replacement. After contacting customer service, their response was indifferent. Instead of sending a new backpack, they refunded me without addressing my request for a replacement.

When I asked if I could repurchase the backpack (since I still wanted the item I had originally ordered), their reply was dismissive. They told me I shouldn't have been able to buy it at the price I did. This response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, considering I was trying to support a small business.

Overall, my experience with Millie and Blake was negative, primarily due to their poor customer service. It feels like they didn't value my business or want to make things right. Given that there are so many other businesses offering similar products with better customer service, I will not be buying from Millie and Blake again. I would suggest others consider shopping elsewhere for a more customer-friendly experience.

Amazing deal on Easter t shirts for my daughter and friends children. The quality of the embroidery is unmatched and the t shirts are not cheap material either. Really pleased with them and will definitely be ordering more matching for our kids!

I ordered tracks and sweat for my daughter. The sizing is small and quality is not great. Overall cute outfit but won't buy again.

I had an issue with my order and I found the customer service rude. Wouldn’t be ordering again. Order was also sent late and by time I received it was no longer required due to it being a personalised gift.

I bought an Easter T-shirt for my granddaughter and I think it is the best quality I have ever bought .
The fabric is thick and wonderfully soft. I bought a size down after checking the size guide and it is still a good size. Would not hesitate to order again.
