Had a few items from here never any issue on my most recent order one of the items (followed their washing guide) ended up with washed out marks on it (second time I washed it) reached out and basically got generic email basically 'sorry not sorry', their reply was really rude I was even told I should review how I wash my clothes. They haven't done anything to try & rectify passing all the blame onto myself and after many emails back and forth I decided to just leave it as I wasn’t getting anywhere and I never even received any apology for what I experienced. I would never order from here again or even recommend to any because I would hate for someone else to experience what I did. Wish I'd have checked the negative reviews here that ring a similar tone before buying.
