Lemax Christmas items.
I ordered lemax Christmas items, packed really well, prompt delivery. The only reason for not being 5 star is I did not get a confirmation email. I will order from this site again.

Not one to be repeated,
No confirmation of online orders, phone call needed to get confirmation. Delivery swift but wooden pizza peel forced into box of smaller dimensions - hence cracked down its length !
Promised refund confirmation not sent as promised.

Disappointing, poor customer service.
Placed an order on the Monday and explained that I needed it for the weekend. Called on the Friday to query its whereabouts only to be told it hadn't even been dispatched. No communication from them, not even an order confirmation email and getting through to them on the phone is a pain.

Second hand goods
I ordered 2 Orbital garden sun loungers with delivery between 3 - 5 days as had following week off
They turned up the next day Excellent service but not what was advertised
The cardboard packaging of the first one was made up of various bits of small sizes and looked like it had already been undone
The chair inside had been partly put together and then abandoned and obviously returned
Im really very unhappy being charged £70 for a second hand chair
The second one went together much easier as we were starting from scratch
I like the chair its comfortable but unhappy that it was sent out in that condition
