Very knowledgeable when it comes to getting the right parts with a good service and very honest as if there not sure they will tell you and advise other places to ask

spot on customer service and any part you need they have for most japanse 4x4's.

The sales team know exactly what you are after even if you dont now the exact name of the part .

There are plently of after market parts to choose from too.

Good service, parts always seem to be of good quality/ genuine parts and very competitive prices. Also fast delivery and will try to get non-stock parts in especially for you if you ask. Great range off off road tyres and accessories too.

I have used Milner offroad for at least 10 years and spent way to much money keeping my Mitsi L200 alive. I have mainly dealt with Harriet who I found to be very trustworthy and knows their products very well. Products are a good quality and prices are great.

I will still be using them for years to come & will recommend them to others.

REALLY POOR SERVICE. Paid for next day delivery item arrived 48 hours later which meant my garage has kept my car over the weekend and ruined the family weekend away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WOULD BE MY ADVICE.
I called to check on my order and was told the order had not come through to shipping fast enough so had not been shipped and that is that.

Website claims to ship world wide to every country. I tried to order from the US, and they claim they can't ship me a part that is 2in by 3in.

Fantastic Service! Delivery was next day. Customer service is 2nd to none. The lady i spoke to on the phone was ever so pleasant. Parts are a mix of genuine and non genuine all fitted and ready to go . 5 star company.

Web site was mis-leading, ordered a part for my truck that matched as being correct, they even had my VIN number as confirmation, wrong item was delivered. Milner tried to argued that I was in the wrong and wanted to charge a large restocking fee, This eventually was wavered, courier did not collect the item, chased for nearly 2 weeks for them to collect the part with promises that the driver will be there for certain days but never turned up.

Eventually the part was collected and over a week later part of the money was refunded, had to keep chasing them for the full amount with various excuses, still out of pocket over this, it has been a complete nightmare and will never order from them again.

I have used Milner for 20yrs+, always used them as my go to supplier for all parts. That was until I purchased cylinder bolts which failed! The resulting cost was several hundred pounds extra. I have heard of several other situations where the bolts have failed. Resulting customer service was disappointing. Still use for suspension, filters and basic parts but anything engine wise comes from other suppliers. To be honest I was extremely disappointed to have to leave a review like this as for 19yrs I have been singing there praises and recommending them left, right and centre.

I've kept my old Mitsubishi L200 pick-up serviced and up to scratch using Milners for parts since 2009 when I took it to France. It's good to know that I have a reliable source of parts at good prices as I am out in the middle of nowhere in rural France and to get anything for it from French suppliers would be difficult and expensive.
Very professional company - I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dpd just put card through door..never even knocked 3 vans out side and 4 people in the back working....complete joke...
Wont buy from milners again

i had a good talk with the lady on the phone who despatched the item the same day as requested but......they use yodel because they get a kickback from shipping charges and yodel are worse than useless.CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING AGENT even parcelforce are not this bad.dont use milner online if you want it fast.
Update:Harriet has been on the ball and tried her best to sort this out so i think it only fair to re-rate this experience as ok.

Pleasant and helpful on the phone, Parts delivered extremely fast, I received a txt to confirm delivery time and date and it was spot on.
Outstanding support when I called the following day as the the components were being fitted to ask for clarification on a technical matter, they could not have been more helpful, calling me back on two occasions to cross reference part numbers and descriptions followed by a detailed technical description of its installation. (new spec./ style component)
Based on my experience with Milner off road Ltd I Can highly recommend them, I'll definitely be using them again... Thank you.
