Rang late Friday afternoon for parts, too late to dispatch same day, but they were sent out very first thing Monday morning, DPD delivered before 10am Tuesday, 1st class delivery & a quality part too. Thank you

Great company. Really good quality items, great price and very knowledgeable!

We purchased a turbo on the 12 /11 /25 for an Isuzu D Max. It is a twin turbo we were advised who was carrying out the work to replace both turbos, oil change,oil filter and oil feed pipes. All this work has been carried out by a reputable garage . They called me to inform me that the turbo I had purchased of Miner off road has some Fallings to it and there is too much movement in the shaft ,left to right . The vehicle was only started up and run not driven or excessive reving.
After speaking to Milner offroad they are not willing to do anything other than have the turbo for 5/6 working days and have it examined meanwhile I have a 4x4 off the road for5/6 days paying a storage charge plus £4,000 of work been paid out and they are not willing to do anything about it until they get a report back on the turbo . I would like to add I bought a genuine turbo not a reconditioned one. I have also been told by my garage if I'd of bought a turbo trough them it would of immediately been exchanged .
Buyers beware if you are thinking of buying anything from this company as they are not willing to help in any way and say its down to the supplier

Ordered a few parts when recommissioning my Isuzu bighorn they have most parts in stock and have helped me out when I broke down with next day parts really appreciate someone trying to keep these old trucks going!

Was recommended to Milner by a colleague after being let down by another online Driveshaft retailer with the letters J and R in it. I didn't even know Milner existed but their service is unparalleled. Website very easy to use - I phoned the office first to ensure the sales staff could physically "touch" the part that I needed and the delivery was swift and arrived within the time frame promised via DPD. Needed a Daihatsu water pump urgently and this was the only place I could find it, came in less than 2 days, quality part!

Needed some parts for a 4x4 due to an MOT fail and originally ordered some parts from ebay but after 3 days they hadn't been dispatched. Remembered about Milners so drove down and the guy on the desk was so helpful I managed to get everything I needed and also got a trade discount too. Now my 1st stop next time I need anything.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my brother. My brother recently purchased parts from Milner Off-road and received delivery the very next day. His Shogun Sports cylinder head was cracked, so he purchased another one from Milners Off-road along with the gasket, bolts, etc. They arrived the very next day. It all went together like clockwork. What a brilliant service from Milner Offroad. Recommended highly

Stumbled on this company by chance.

Tom did what 2 people failed to do in weeks at 4x4at.
He did his work to find out my problem in less then a day.
It took 2 people weeks and endless calls from myself (they still couldn’t find out the information) from 4x4at.

Tom had excellent communication, found out all the info needed, got my order to me asap. Well done and thank you for getting me away from the mess of the other company.

I ordered the wrong part from Milners’ which was entirely my fault, however they amended the order before despatch using my VIN number and the parts were here in lighting time and back on the road, I have used Milners’ on multiple ocassions now and found the quality to be first class and there customer service outstanding. I bought brake pads and discs. They were far better than the original mitsubishi ones. Very good price too

Ordered a couple of tyres online for delivery. I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. Left a message in their online chat as it was outside office hours. I called at just gone 8 the following morning as many places don't read their messages to find that they had already fixed the problem. Tyres arrived the next day. Super service - no drama. Thanks
