I ordered a brake disc and pad set along with a new caliper for my Hilux. The advisor I dealt with was courteous and knowledgable. The parts arrived as described the next day. Perfect service.

I just want to say I am blown away by the customer service I just received from Matthew at your service centre. He was kind, non judgemental and extremely helpful. I will definately be writing a glowing review on my experience with Milner on your social media. Over the moon that he has had it sorted in a matter of a quick phone call. Please pass on this message to him as he deserves the praise.

Hmmm now it's my second time getting parts from Milner off Road.. let's be honnest, the fist time I made a order, it arrived even a day before it was planned, and the fit was spot on...
Ok we all know that good things come to an end, and there for was I sure of that the latest order would be full of problems...
So a bit concerned, I placed an order for a compleate kit of leafsprings for my L200..
And ofcause this time they arrived on the right day... so the day after I planned to mount them, but of cause there was a brushing missing, and I thought to my self... now I got you guys, I will never giver you more than two stars in here, so feeling confident about it, I gave you a call... And you answered my call.... seriously.... on a saturday??? Give me a chance to complain about something... plz, and the lady I talked with was even kind and helpful and promised me to get it shipped out the following Monday...

So all in all, I can only be 100% satisfied with Milder Off Road and the staff, their service level is beyond anything else I've have tried👍👍👍

Been searching every shop for the past week for a timing belt for my 1993 Pajero but been unsuccessful everywhere! Upon checking Milner's website I found the correct one required for my car. Ordered my parts Wednesday night expecting delivery Friday (forgetting it was bank holiday) and they rang me first thing Thursday morning to advise unable to get till next week - they managed to sort me out a courier for delivery today as I needed latest Sunday (ready for a pay and play day on Monday) - even though I had to pay £30 for delivery - it was my own fault but I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out and to get this sorted - will use again 120%

Ordered steering and ball joints on line. I received a phone call 10 mins later confirming a few things. I paid for next day delivery, alright a tenner when you spending over 100 I thought was steep. Yet I had top quality parts in my hand by 9.15am the next day allowing me to crack on. Excellent service and they’re happy to help. Competitive pricing too.

Brought a clutch and the bolts supplied for it were wrong for it and ruined the thread in the flywheel, tried to make a complaint and they just ignored my messages, so I called them and they told me it was the mechanics fault for fitting them, even though they supplied the wrong bolts, waste of time, stay clear

My mechanic is not a spastic, he's had 30 years in the trade and knows what he's doing, definitely wouldn't have cross threaded it, he showed me how tight the bolts were and they you could push them with one finger, but he was unable to tighten them to the correct torque because they had ruined the thread, you only replied to me after 2 weeks because I called you but you haven't replied since and I've sent 2 emails since then. What good is a refund for the bolts when I've had to pay £100 for the flywheel to be repaired 😤 you supplied these bits and they were wrong and damage my flywheel, any other company would be as helpful as possible and offer a little more than £2 worth of bolts 🤯

Because he put them all in first hand tight with a rachet and then torqued them up, love how you guys cockup and then shift the blame

I've used Milner Off Road as the main resource for parts for my 2003 L200. First order (Cylinder head 3 years ago at the time of writing this) was top quality and delivered promptly, so I've stuck with what works... Since had brake parts, shocks, LED bar and much more together with a recent the 5 piece Exedy clutch kit, ALL have been delivered on time and top quality and never a reason to complain.

needed navara front suspension parts spoke to the sales lady on the phone who was very helpfull and the the parts worked out cheaper and better quality than some on eBay I've since orderd a service kit from this company and highly recommend them for their sales people's knowledge of 4x4s and quick delivery will never use europarts for filters etc again as they can't compete with the prices from milners thanks again
