I phoned and ordered an exhaust system for my ageing 17-year old Nissan Terrano. It was delivered the next morning. It came with the full fitting kit as advertised on the website. I fitted it a few days later with no issues. It comes with a 2-year warranty. If I'd gone to my local garage, it would have cost me another £100 with only a 1-year warranty.

Myself and my family have used Milner for over a decade, without any real issue, until now. Ordered what was supposed to be "A full exhaust system complete with all gaskets, bolts & hangers" - "all parts required" their words - not mine. It arrives and there are parts missing - only 2 of the 3 hangers that are required to fit it, no front pipe gasket (Which needs to be replaced) and no downpipe nuts (Which are always toast) So, I contacted them and their reply was, what's missing from the photo ? - Well nothing, as it happened, but I asked if they really expect every customer to know exactly what they require from a photo ? What about your description stating all gaskets, bolts and hangers ? - I was told they would look into it, and surprise, surprise - that's the last I heard from them. Their description says it all, but it fails to deliver what's (Still) clearly stated. It cost about £40 to get the parts that should have come with in the kit from elsewhere, and they have now lost a customer of 15 years. Frankly, that's a ridiculous way to treat any customer, when it's there in black and white - but it's your loss, and now this is the consequence. You absolutely deserve this, so enjoy.

As someone still learning the motor trade I found the website so easy to use. Staff are very helpful and make the ordering process a pleasant one.

This company sold me rear springs plus fitting kit. Amazing price with amazing value for money. And the difference in the driving is outstanding

They're okay and have a fair amount of stock for ageing 4x4's. The own brand parts are a low price but you're definitely getting what you pay for. I ordered a full set of bushes and the majority were just a smidge too wide, requiring a bit more force to get into place, it also meant the internal collar isn't being gripped, just the sides of the poly bush. I also ordered a bracket that came with bushes and washers but the hole in the middle of the washer wasn't wide enough for the bracket to poke through.

August 2019 I receive used toyota hilux 4x4 twin cab in need of some repairs. My local garage agrees a list of jobs to be carried out. Parts ordered from "Milners" included to rebuild drivers side axle. Parts fitted and I am told good to go. Alas I drive 0.5miles and terrible clunking from front drivers wheel area. Axle is flopping around out of hub! More parts ordered... fitted same result! COVID happens Wait for part! New 1/2 shaft ordered still same result. It is now July! I look up repair procedure on Youtube aha.. Shaft held in by spring circlip, Garage scratch head and claim they cannot understand what is going on! I ask to look inside hub. What I see is as follows... Circlip has slipped out of its groove which upon inspection is only partially cut! Worse still the circlip is MILD steel Even Meccano was better! Garage has means of sorting out problem. Duh obviously.. Ring "Milners" for answers. Reply "we cannot discuss this with you as the garage is the customer. I have spent £200 pounds on parts and labour when all I needed was a spring steel circlip and a correctly cut groove in the part.. I want compensation for this terrible waste of my time and money

Do you even know what the problem is with a mild steel circlip? This stupid problem has created much consequential loss, that I the customer had to sort out. Hiding behind data protection law only makes you look like a fool and obviously in this case the law will protect the fool. There is no ordinary decency to your approach to customer service. So ONE STAR is correct You could have tried to reassure me that you would do something to make this right. This would require no breach of confidence but you just show what you are... time serving employees with no care about the reputation of the firm you work for. HIDING behind data protection law does nothing to recommend you

Ordered via the website twice now and very happy with the service, parts were correct and very quickly delivered And of very high quality and very good prices as well. Also delivered via dpd and got Time of del emailed to me in the morning so no waiting in all day. I will be ordering more items in the future as they have been great.

I live in rural France and it is a nightmare trying to order parts here, takes them forever. I have since ordered parts about 4 or 5 times from Milners in the UK. I am always very happy with the service when i call to order. Always polite and very professional. The parts arrive here (middle of nowhere) in 2 or 3 days which is incredible as they have to come from the UK. The shipping fees are very low, i paid around £30 to have two heavy duty leaf springs delivered and they are not light! I did once recieve a vacuum valve that had been damaged in the post, i called and spoke to the lady and no problem, i was sent a replacement in 2 days!! they didn't even ask for the damaged piece to be sent back. I now recommend Milners to anyone with a 4x4 and shall continue to give them my business. Good job guys!

I ordered a fuel filler pipe for my Rav 4 from Milner off road. The time taken from order to delivery was just over 24 hrs. Excellent. i had previously ordered one from an E Bay company, the quality was poor and was totally the wrong pipe even though they said it was for my car. I was out of pocket as i had to pay for return postage. The Quality of the one from Milner Off road was spot on and i fitted it in less than 20 mins, overall a very pleasant experience. I will be ordering from these again without a doubt.

Very abusive staff. Paid for items and they didn’t deliver them. They didn’t want to deal with it. Very rude and conceited. Never been spoken to this badly in my life. They won’t accept any fault and hang up on you instead of dealing with their errors.

I ordered a set of spares for my Land Cruiser after entering the vehicle details. A water pump, glow plugs, all belt replacements and tensioners. The garage stripped the old parts out to find that the the water pump, glow plugs and belts were wrong, they gave up and ordered the correct bits from CLS, partly because I had to have the car back and couldn’t wait for the time elapsed while it was sorted out. The sales person just said “not all the bits were wrong” by that I assume maybe the tensioners were correct?
I put the reg in confirmed the year and that’s the bits they told me would fit. No matter what they may say the web site says “these are the parts that will fit your car” Reason I am disgruntled as it cost me the best part of an additional £200 to get the correct bits from CLS.
I have used Milners multiple times before and never had a problem so extremely disappointed.

Phoned Milner for special parts for my 4x4
the girls taking the calls so helpful, what they did not know they immediately got to know making sure the parts I wanted were the correct part for my 4x4. Order placed at 2pm ish arrived next day at 8am package really well. The parts genuine and fitted perfectly my 4x4 up and running.
I thank the staff and all the team for there help.

Second time I’ve ordered filter kits from Milner and second time I’ve had wrong oil filter. 1st time I was told they would send another filter out which didn’t arrive, this time I was told it was my fault as I had ordered wrong kit. When I tried to explain that was the only kit listed for my car I had phone put down on me. Phoned again to be told web site was down so they couldn’t check but would get back to me, still waiting. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had a lot of good parts of Milner but when something is wrong their after sales are appalling.

As a mechanic and 4x4 enthusiast I always get what I need from Milner Off-Road for my own 3 4x4's and for friends and families vehicles...the vast selection of parts is nearly as amazing at their prices (even with the shipping cost to Ireland) their staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell parts for and the parts they are supplying!! I would recommend Milners to absolutely anyone who needs parts for a Japanese4x4👌🏼

I have been using Milner Offroad for my numerous Shoguns from my first Mk2 all through my 4 Mk3 Shoguns, just cant beat the service and excellent communications.
