Milner Off Road Reviews 

Propshaft ordered for a ford ranger pickup, four months after fitting, the propshaft came apart in the middle a nut fell off which should of been torque up to regulations in the factory. Luckily we were driving slowly if this had happened down the motorway the truck would of been flipped I most likely would not be here right now plus I had my girlfriend and 12 week old daughter in the truck. £350 out of pocket for recovery which Milner are refusing to pay. Disgusting customer service and care, as this could of ended up a different story. Currently seeking legal advice.

I put one star because I had to there is some real dodgy dealings going on at this company!
I purchased a new engine for my mitsubishi , had the engine installed everything seemed fine but when I came to register the engine there was no engine number. I contacted milner and there reply was the last batch of engines they recieved had no numbers,which is odd in itself!
I was told to use the receipt to register the engine ,this is not an engine number! as required.
I have been to a couple of garages for them to look at the engine and the general consensus is its not a new engine ,the engine also seems to be using oil and water( not normal for a new engine) .
So I'm left with a truck and an illegal sick engine thats cost me a lot of money so far.i am currently pursuing legal advice.
My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is DONT !
find someone else more legitamate like I said there is some real dodgy dealings going on here !!!!! BEWARE

Emma was really good but after that very disappointing I purchased a diesel tank and all the bits that it needed after having the tank fitted when it was tested it was found that the new tank was leaking so after purchasing a genuine Mitsubishi part and gaskets for the tank and fitted again at my expense the tank was still leaking and was then offered a new tank as the tank they supplied was faulty I had to then pay out off my own pocket to have the new tank fitted therefore asked for them to stand the £200 I was out of pocket for the refit to rectify the faulty tank they sold me I’ve sent numerous emails to ask if they are going to get in touch with me about it and have had no response what a shambles of a company and will definitely not use or recommend them and anybody using them please make sure you get what you pay for as what they sold me wasn’t fit for purpose and will definitely be having a word with all my friends who have off road and 4x4 vehicles and warning them about using Milner off road goods and services 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Looking to source parts for restoring a Landcruiser LJ70. Extremely frustrating to have to pore through all the completely irrelevant items for Draper items. 10 irrelevant Draper items shown for every item relevant to my search. Do Draper own this business? Gave up in the end and stuck with Euro4x4 - far, far easier and better

They are advertising parts as 100% new but selling poorly refurbished parts which doesn't last long.
Bolts are very soft, "plastic".
Very poor customer service.
Avoid.

Parcel didn't arrive which isn't normal for these guys ,sent an email and Ellie was straight onto the delivery company, who had lost it.
Ellie shipped my order out again with apologies same day.
Great service as always .

We have used Milner many times, and always had a positive experience. Items always in stock, good prices, knowledgeable staff, fast reliable delivery and even a VAT receipt emailed without having to ask for one! Thanks for helping keep our faithful old Hilux going Milner 👍
