Took over £150 from my bank account

Took over £150 from my bank account. Said they sell discounted electricals but for a £50pm subscription. Said id signed up even though id never had email of confirmation any receipts of payments or signed anything. Bank said they used IP address and company said I had given them my email address and name which I never did. Bank said it’s my fault so can’t refund as I subscribed even though I NEVER DID also linked somehow to GOTELECTRO as same chat set up same answers same amount of money on same day and same scam but both deny any involvement with each other. My advice is check bank statements regularly as according to Halifax, they can get away with this
