When my computer died after 12 years of dutiful service I didn't know where to put myself, especially when I discovered that Apple don't make 27" iMacs any longer. I had used it every day for making my art work and so this was a total disaster with a capital D! I spent more than two weeks scouring every computer shop between London and Croydon without any joy. And then I discovered Minko's Macs on Lee High Road in Lewisham - my saviours!!! For a reasonable price they supplied me with a refurbished 27" iMac including all the apps I had come to rely on. One month on and my 'new' computer has been working without any problems or glitches. So thank you Minko's. So, if you have a Mac which is having problems, then I warmly suggest that you go to Minko's who will provide you with a service way over and above the call of duty.

Brilliant! The charging port in my MacBook was burnt out and Ari’s had it replace and ready for collection within the hour.

I asked for help converting DVDs and CDs to digital files. They sold me an external drive but ultimately their solution was not compatible with my MacBook Air.

I paid for an hour of telephone advice to discover this the final 5 minutes of which was with a person who spent a fair bit of time telling me how lucky I was to be speaking to him, given his 20 years experience and that he was ‘expensive.’

I can forgive the guys who tried to help me but who got it wrong, it’s harder to be sympathetic to someone that pleased with themself.

So, upon receiving a ‘how was it for you, was I good enough?’ requests that companies so desperately send out, I thought I’d respond…

Fixed it. Pretty quickly. Apple Store could not. Happy customer.

Been coming to Minko’s for around 10 years now, bought a MacBook from there which I still use to this day. I’ve also sent a few family members there to purchase there Mac’s also! Always a great service, they let you know whether something can be done or not and there’s never any hassle! Great company, highly recommended!

I had a problem with my computer. A friend suggested I used Minko’s Macs as he had used them to repair his computer. Well, they took my computer in straight away diagnosed in two days, phoned to let me know that a part needed exchanging and they could have it ready for the next day if I was ready to proceed with the repair.
I was. The service was excellent, the staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a totally pleasing experience.

Quick and easy coms, I actually met with Minko himself and he gave me a diagnostic on my MacBook Pro . It was sorted the next day pretty much and they recommended some extra upgrades for prevention and improvement and I opted for them to be done and that was done pretty much another day on. Perfect for me as I needed my Mac sorted asap ! 5 stars !

I got 2 phones fixed and now it works like new. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any phone, tablet or laptop repairs 🙏

Minko's Macs Lewisham did it again. I needed a new battery for my Macbook Air to a tight deadline, as I was flying out shortly afterwards. They pulled out all the stops and got it done in time, while being polite and friendly throughout. That's the second time I've had super-impressive service here.

I am a repeat customer of Minkos Macs and they never disappoint. The team is always friendly and helpful, and their products are outstanding. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family, and I will continue to do so.
