I have not ever wanted to do a review about a company before but felt they deserved it.
Absolutely first class from start to finish from walking into showroom to having units completed, the finished result is stunning.

From start to finish, we received a first‑class service. Jeremy from the Bury St Edmunds branch visited us at home to talk through the initial design ideas, and the whole process was fully collaborative and well‑informed.
On the day of installation, Jonny and Liam were outstanding. They were extremely pleasant, hardworking, and left everything clean and tidy — a real credit to the business.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality and fitting of the wardrobes and drawers. They are everything we wanted and more.

Vicky came to our house within a few days of enquiry to review the spaces for our fittings and provided us with on the day quotes which were very competitive. When the fitters came - they were excellent in carrying out the work to a perfect standard and very efficiently too. Thank you so much to you all!!

Really easy to deal with and they made some sensible suggestions based on their experience. We had a small box room that needed some clever storage, and they worked it all out perfectly. Everything was measured and fitted spot on using great quality materials. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it was refreshing to get that kind of good old-fashioned service. Would definitely recommend.

Process is easy and you have storage that suits you. Quality is excellent as is the workman ship. Hard working and leaves the area tidy. This is our second fitted mirror wardrobe with Mirror Image and both have been great. Thank you.

I had my bedroom wardrobes fitted by Mirror Image a couple of years ago and they continue to give me so much pleasure.
Recently I found one of the sliding doors was rubbing slightly and reported it. It was lovely to see Jonnie again and he found the source of the problem and sorted it within minutes.
Mirror Image continues to be the Rolls Royce of fitted wardrobes!

What a brilliant company to work with, the staff are all so friendly, helpful and professional. Had replacement sliding doors fitted, I had a quote back within 30 minutes, out to measure and fitted all in quick time. The doors look great, no mess, super! Was so glad to find your sticker in the wardrobe and to find you still in business as my doors were so old. But as I say, a great company, so no surprise and thoroughly recommend!

Jeremy, the designer, visited my home and was very helpful, not at all pushy and even opened the Bury showroom for us to visit as we could only make it on a Saturday.
Aaron and Jonny, the fitters, were happy and sociable and did a great job, especially considering they did not have much space to work in one of the rooms. If it wasn't for the fact I had new wardrobes you would never know fitters had been in the house as everywhere was left spotless.

I absolutely love the ladies at this salon! They’re so friendly, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. I always feel comfortable when I’m there — they listen to what I want without trying to upsell me or push products, which is such a rare find. The pricing is great too, especially for the quality of care and attention they give.

What really meant the world to me was how caring they were when my pup was in danger — they stepped in and kept him safe right there in the salon. That’s actually what gave me the courage to go see them in the first place, and I’m so glad I did. They’re not just talented stylists, they’re truly good people. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, prompt replies to telephone and email queries. Jeremy who carried out design work very helpful and not at all 'pushy'. Fitters were very polite. We had a slight problem but that was sorted so quickly that it was not at all stressful - very unusual in this day and age. Great company to work with and very pleased with end result.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our bedroom sliding mirror wardrobes from Mirror Image. The quality is outstanding—far beyond what we expected. They initially sketched out a design, and it turned out so well we went ahead with it. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and value for money are unbeatable. More than happy and would highly recommend!

Once again I used Mirror Image in my little cottage, another fitted wardrobe and under stair storage. From start to finish good customer service and again the guys who did the fitting left the house clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Have just had a bedroom and a dressing room fitted out by Mirror Image. Very pleased with the finished product and the guys that fitted them (Aaron, Liam and Jonny) were amazing, changing a couple of things, fitting cables in etc. lovely guys, very clean and tidy and very accommodating. Great job!

We were in the market for a new wardrobe and wanted to get a good quality one. We happened to come across the Mirror Image showroom in Bury St Edmonds (their main branch is Norwich but this was more handy for us).
We were met by a friendly sales assistant who was informative but not pushy so we instantly felt at ease. The wardrobes on display were of a good quality and matched what we were after. As a bonus Mirror Images quote was the best we had received (we had one from Hammonds who were more expensive) and having read the reviews I felt confident that it would be ok, so we decided to take the plunge.
From start to finish the process was smooth, Jeremy arrived to provide a tailored quote, provided suggestions and the installation date soon came around. The fitter arrived (Liam) and we started the installation. After a quick discussion to alter the design slightly Liam quickly made the required adjustments and in no time the work was complete to a very high standard just as we had requested. Overall we are extremely happy with the wardrobe and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Mirror Image fitted out a bedroom and a study for us and we are delighted with the results. Their products are of the highest quality and the layout designed for both rooms fully utilises the available space. All units fit perfectly and are good looking and very practical. The fitters (Liam and Aaron) were professional and highly skilled. It was a pleasure to have them in the house and they did a lovely job of fitting our units. Well done all at Mirror Image!

Went to showroom to view examples, excellent CS from first visit to completion. Had designed and ordered 3 x fitted wardrobes, Marcus was easy to deal with, no hard or pressure selling, really good advice and plenty of options. Communication was spot on, Liam was our installer for all 3, turned up on time, polite and grafted all the time he was on site, very neat and tidy with the works and cleaning up afterwards, the end result was just what we wanted.
Thanks to all of the team at Mirror Image for the transformation, the product, quality and service is first class, do not loo anywhere else for your fitted wardrobes.

Mirror Image has given us great customer service from start to finish with Vicky doing the design to Aaron and Jonny doing a great job fitting the wardrobes. They were friendly and professional and answered any queries we may have had. Left the room spotless, could not fault them in any way whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Mirror Image if looking for wardrobes, etc.
