We wanted some storage built in our bedroom. We came across Mirror Image by chance but, after talking to staff and Marcus who came to do a quote we were impressed. There was no "let me contact my manager to get a better price", no "the price will be higher tomorrow". Marcus measured up, gave us a price and left. We were well impressed so placed our order. Communication throughout the process was excellent. When Aaron and Liam arrived to install the cupboards, they were bright and cheery and worked tirelessly for the two days it took to install. They were a joy to have in the house. Our bedroom was left spotlessly clean and the wardrobe and cupboards were everything I had hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would happily use them again. Using a local company rather than using a large national company was a very good decision for us in so many ways.

Visited the Norwich showroom, and June stayed open late for us. The home visit by Marcus followed, the design was tailor-made for us, and the subsequent fit by Aaron was quick and left no mess. The cost was over £600 less than their nearest competitor, and so we have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for our lovely fitted wardrobe.

We moved into our forever home and needed to change the built in wardrobe in the master bedroom as it didn’t meet our needs. We contacted 2 well known bedroom fitting companies but they could only offer pre-cut sizes and we wanted a bespoke size wardrobe. We came across Mirror Image and very happy we did. The process was straightforward and they have numerous colour schemes that fitted our requirements.
The fitter (Adam) arrived and worked right through the day so all the work was completed in one day for each wardrobe we had fitted. He listened to my requests and carried out the work faultlessly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mirror Image to friends and family for fitted furniture.

Sharp modern design and really well manufactured quality product. A wardrobe, an individually designed unit for the Living Room that exceeded our the brief and our start point expectation. Those, together with a one off fill in for a wasted area, incorporated functional ideas to enhance the use of space and maximise the value pay back from the investment. This is a business that has learnt from experience and applies the knowledge to help the customer with design choices. Brilliant.
Finally, it doesn't work if the fitters and technicians don't do their job effectively or make it a comfortable experience for the client. Well done Adam. Great relationship building and work and a credit to the workforce workforce with able support from Liam and John.

This is the second wardrobe Mirror Image has fitted for us and we are really happy with the result. Thanks to Jeremy for helping us with the design and to Adam and Jonny for installing it. We will recommend your company to our family and friends.

Absolutely thrilled with my new wardrobes , one being a refit of front and doors on existing robe to match a new robe needed for storage. Adjustable fitted shelves, brilliant and ideal for office equipment, paperwork, books and general bits and pieces.
Adam (fitter) did a fabulous job, he was so courteous and worked exceptionally well in a very small space. I would highly recommend.
All in all 5 stars from first phone call to finished result.

Thank you so much for our white mirrored sliding, fitted floor to ceiling in both our kitchen dining room and bedroom, they have transformed the space into a modern living area, making the rooms feel twice as big as they once were and giving us so much hidden storage in the process.

If we could give you 8 of 5 stars then we would, truly we cannot fault a thing, from the initial consultation to your visits, measuring up, the fitters who protected every floor and surface from the front door to the workspace and within 2 days left without a sign they had even been in.

The finished result is incredible, we had looked at a well known high street brand sliding wardobe before hand and although it would have been cheaper yes, we are over the moon that we saved up to be able to have you come out and we choose that decision over and over again. Truly the best decision for our living space, high quality and something that will soon I’m sure be covered in tiny little finger prints as we welcome our first baby this October.

Another pleasant experience with Mirror Image. Our initial consultation was outside of your normal working hours, so very flexible to work around customer's busy schedules. Quote was provided during the same appointment, so no need to wait for days. Pricing was very reasonable,  hence why we decided to go with them again. (Used previously 8 years ago in our old house) Our 2 fitted wardrobes were just installed by Adam. Super happy with the quality and attention to detail. Also very friendly, super handy when you spend most of the day with them :)

The didn’t make much mess and kept the workplace tidy

It has been a couple of weeks since Mirror Image installed our fitted bedroom furniture and we can both say that the company did an all round first class job. From initial design layout in an odd shaped room through to final fitting details it was a highly professional job. Therefore we have no hesitation in recommending Mirror Image. This was the second bedroom the company fitted for me and I can only compliment them and Adam and Callum for a first rate job. would 100percent recommend them.

From start to finish of our journey from viewing products at the showroom in Norwich to the fitting of our wardrobes in Fakenham everyone involved either personally or by phone or email has been excellent.
We are delighted with the finished products which Adam and Callum installed very professionally with total care and consideration for our home.

This year I have had two separate Mirror Image installations, they have both been installed with excellent workmanship, big thanks to Adam who installed both and Callum who also installed the most recent with Adam. The most recent installation was very challenging and you can tell the knowledge and skill of the installers when they can work with a very challenging space and make it look easy with a beautiful finish.

The designer Vicky, has been very helpful with designing for a difficult old cottage and Sarah in the office has been really helpful in making this a smooth installation and also with her valuable and practical advice on finishing touches when considering options when I visited the showroom.

Thanks to the whole Mirror Image team including those who work behind the scenes to make it all happen so easily with beautiful finished products. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use for any future projects.

I would advise you to read this review fully and check out photo's to avoid this happening to you.
The laminate kept peeling off our wardrobes their website states the product comes with a ten year guarantee but the owner tried to tell us it's only covered for five years we had to prove ours was ten years but I can tell everyone that this has now been changed to five years ( read the small print ) I call that an admission of using sub standard materials it seems they put money before the customer.
They did change several doors but when the problem kept reoccurring the owner resorted to sarcastic / patronising comments such as don't play the lottery as you are so unlucky which we found unhelpful and extremely unprofessional.
So think very carefully before purchase as this could end up being you.

My response to Mirror Image comments.
Thank you for your response Marcus but you seem to have short term memory loss because I emailed you a copy of our ten year guarantee.
So as a reminder I will post on Facebook and Google a copy of my guarantee and my daughter's guarantee which clearly shows an amended section stating a six year guarantee on your Premier range of vinyl wrapped hinged doors and tops.
I wonder what made you change that? possibly because you have so many "unlucky" customers with the vinyl peeling off surely you wouldn't have changed this if this problem didn't keep happening would you?
So I will repeat my warning as you wouldn't want Marcus calling you to sarcastically tell you that you are so unlucky that this have happened as it's now out of it's six year guarantee.

We were very impressed by your company in every aspect of this transaction. The job itself, however challenging, was apprached with so much determination and enthusiasm and the end product is so much better than we ever could have hoped for.

The communication at every stage from yourself and everyone at Mirror Image was to such a high standard at all times. However, the standout performance for us was from your staff. Every one of the fitters who came out (to juggle the various dimension problem) was punctual, efficient and extremely courteous. They were, without exception, an absolute joy to deal with and are a credit to your company. Not excluding the lady in the showroom who was very helpful.

We were delighted with our new wardrobes and could not have wished for better company to carry out this task.

Shocking the designer measured everything wrong so when it finally came to fitting day wardrobe door couldn’t open due to a radiator top boxes too low hit your head on them if you sat up in bed wrong holes drilled in walls leaving me to have to redecorate the wall
Rude management threatening behaviour re small claims court if I didn’t pay the bill by a certain date ! Considering I am not happy with the finished or not quite finished product
Should have been 2 days last week another fitter came to finish doors but never beaded the top boxes so still not finished
