We can highly recommend this Company. Vicky, the designer helped us create space we never thought would be achieved. The fitters Aaron and Liam were very polite and professional in the construction of the wardrobes considering our cottage has uneven walls, floor and ceiling, resulting in a professional finish that we are extremely pleased with. A Company that takes great pride in its work.

Mirror Image made and fitted wardrobes and cupboards in our cottage.
They did an excellent job, especially considering the irregular sizes of the walls and floors.
They made cupboards for our lounge which went across a corner for the TV to stand on - something another well known wardrobe supplier said was not possible.
Mirror Image allowed us to optimise every bit of storage possible.
The fitters, designer, office staff and the aftercare have been excellent.

The company is so professional from start to finish. For once a company which is true to it advertisement - a fitted wardrobe, which was fitted around difficult corners and a window. Exceptional quality at a really good price. The fitters were all wonderful and cleaned up after themselves. I would strongly recommend this company.

Lance took the time to go over all packages offered along with warranties. My car looks great. Would highly recommend Mirror Image to anyone wanting ceramic coating done. They even offered pickup service.

From the attention to detail of Vicky, the designer, to the manufacture and installation we have had excellent service.
Our fitters, Adam, Callum and Aaron were polite, friendly, tidy and skilled. We are extremely please with our Mirror Image bedroom and study furniture.

This company is a rare find these days. We're pleased to say it has been a great service from start to finish for us. We now have a beautiful fitted study that looks amazing and which gets so many compliments from family and friends.

Where to start?

1) Liaison with the main office was easy and direct for us. Its evident that everyone in the company talks to each other when needed. Eg. When we started to narrow down decisions about aspects of the final design we had chosen.

2) Reasonable quotes for various configurations were given to us from the start, with price per M/Sq transparently explained. These quotes seemed incredibly fair compared to other companies providing a comparible product. There was no pressure sales or haggling encouraged, either way.
This was refreshing and built our trust in the company from the start.

3) Patience and support were offered to us during planning and with our ideas. We were given several drawing options that must have taken time. Vicky was amazing, doing quick freehand sketches to check she has understood our ideas as we talked, in addition to the more detailed drawings that came later.

4) We asked for a few adaptions compared to the company's standard design in their brochure protruding plinths for example. They had a real 'can do' attitude to our suggestions with the finished result just as we wanted.

5) All staff were really helpful when we needed them.
Sarah, in the office for example went out of her way to source cupboard handles that we were particularly after.

6) The fitters were really friendly, professional and very reliable. Aaron and his team certainly know their trade. He did a beautiful job 'cutting in' to quite intricate coving, as one example.

7) We are really pleased with the finished product. It is a lovely standard; both feel and look and the fitted finish on our study is amazing. I wish I could add photos!

An amazing company and service and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

We went to see the wardrobes at the Norwich unit and met Jane who was great, we live in Suffolk, but they were happy to travel to quote for the work. We booked a survey and Vicky came to our house and came up with our final design. All communications, design diagrams and quote have been submitted promptly via email and the payments have been easy and efficient via online banking. They were able to offer us a new earlier fitting booking and Adam and Callum were our fitters. They were both very polite and helpful and worked really hard throughout the hideous heat wave, rather them than me. The finished work has exceeded our expectations and has been a positive experience all round. Everyone in the team who we've interacted with has been helpful, polite and happy to help and we would definitely be recommending them to others, thank you.

Had a wardrobe fitted by Jonathon in our home in Horning.
He arrived with a smile 08.30 left at 18.30.
He never stopped his workmanship was excellent.
He worked by himself on one of the hottest days of the month.
The wardrobe is solid, it will not move one millimetre.
It shows you only get what you pay for.
We are so pleased with the work and workmanship absolutely first rate.
You can understand why they always get a 5 star rating. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

An excellent company. From start to finish they communicated well and provided me with great quality wardrobes.
Granted this is not the cheapest company but the quality is excellent and it was a totally stress free experience.

I have just had a wardrobe fitted by Mirror Image and the whole experience has been excellent.
I wish to send a huge thank you to Vicky who provided help and guidance ( which I certainly needed ) and to Adam and Callum who worked very hard to instal it.
They were all very friendly and respectful to my property. I was consulted every step of the way.

Just had two bedrooms fitted out by Mirror Image. From the very start when Vicky came to do the initial measurement to when Jason and his colleague turned up to fit them over the last 3 days the service has been seamless and excellent.
The guys turned up for the fitting each day on time and just got on with their work, if it wasn't for the odd sound of a saw going we wouldn't have know they were here. At the end of each day they cleaned up and left the rooms as they found them. During the fitting stage we were consulted by Jason if he had to make even the slightest deviation from the plans. The product is excellent and all in all we are extremely happy customers.
I unreservedly recommend Mirror Image to anyone looking for a quality product from a company where the customer still counts and gets listened too and where they do what they say and what they promise.

We have recently had a sliding 3 door wardrobe fitted in to our spare bedroom. The whole experience from measuring up and designing the wardrobe to the installation has been first class. Particular thanks to Adam and Billy for their courteous and professional manner during the fitting stage. We were consulted along the way as to what was going on and their work was of a very high standard. We are chuffed to bits with the finished wardrobes and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Thanks boys.

Have just had our new wardrobes excellently fitted by Adam. The company was recommended to us and we have been very impressed with the service we have received throughout.

We approached Mirror Image as our friends had had such a positive experience with them and their fitted bedroom was of a lovely quality.
The showroom had plenty to choose from. Although the way it is presented is slightly dated, the actual cupboards and finishes are great quality.
From the point of ordering, the booking and planning of the fitting, to the actual fit itself, everything was very organised and well communicated. A huge thank you too to the fitters Aaron and Jonny who were so hardworking and an absolute pleasure to have in the house.
We are so pleased with the wardrobes and would definitely recommend this company.

This is our first experience in having bespoke fitted wardrobes. From start to finish it has been a really good experience from Vicky coming to see us to measure up to Jason & Jonny fitting them. Jason and Jonny were oustanding very friendly and polite and considerate of our new home. They did a great job and left the room spotlessly clean. Excellent service from start to finish. What a fantastic company, committed to customer service, three years after my installation some handles came loose, they came out and replaced all of the handles, cannot recommend them enough!

An example of a professional and customer orientated firm. I initially contacted a well known national competitor prior to visiting Mirror Image and there was a substantial difference between what was being offered. The competitor illustrated the product using an awful design program on a laptop. The MI designer used a hand drawn illustration that actually looked better. The Designer from MI got straight to the point and appeared to be more grounded in their approach (rather than waffling about how good their reputation is and what awards they have won.)

I would say that the showroom in Norwich is compact. However, the setup and displays were very well illustrated. Also, the team were friendly and helpful. There is a a lot of choice between traditional wood and more modern designs.

On the day of install, the fitter arrived on time and was very friendly. He even offered to refit the carpet in the carcass which wasn't a difficult job but a nice touch. His overall finish of the unit was nigh on perfect. The cuts that were needed were spot on, the fitting was done to an excellent standard around the door frame and the silicone bead around the wardrobe exterior was seamless. He took very little time and cleaned up after install.

I have had the unit for near on a year and have had no issues. The rails and sliding mechanisms have not needed any adjustment and the team were also helpful when i needed a sample of the carcass to colour match.

I cannot make any criticisms of the service as there were none, thanks.
