Within six days of me ordering a made-to-measure mirror it was delivered to me in West Sussex!! This high level of service is simply fantastic!! Thank you guys

Glass top for desk cut to millimetre accurate, I got a call from a driver a day before the delivery and on the morning of the delivery day and was given time frame in which order was also delivered.
Couldn't be more satisfied, will definitely use them again and recommend to any of my friends.

I have just received a call from Paul of Mirrors and Glass....what a super bloke !!! He explained my asking for 8 holes to support this mirror was not necessary and in fact weakened the mirror which does make sense...knowledge and hindsight are wonderful things. He fully explained the situation he has in the workshop at the mo and if different he would have picked my error up made contact to explain the situation and all would have been very different .
In view of Paul taking the time and trouble to actually ring me I take back any detrimental comments or derogatory remarks fully. Paul has offered a generous solution along with an explanation of the why and how my beautiful mirror cracked. He is now putting my order through again, with the correct number of holes ...4.... in a different position because if the existing hole in the wall is even just a tiny bit out from the one in the mirror it creates a stress point and ...crack back where we started.

The quality of the mirror was stunning, it was exactly as ordered. Delivery, considering everything at the moment, was well communicated and informed. The driver was just so helpful with a good humour even over the phone. So thank you for all of that. However having placed the mirror extremely carefully by an experienced fitter 3 hours later it cracked horribly. I rang the company and emailed to ask if this had happened before and could there possibly have been a flaw in the pre drilled screw hole. The answer I got was 'it only takes a tiny bit of over tightening to make a mirror crack and it does happen, just one of those things' I asked the question might it have got damaged during its long transit as there was no wrapping...no was the answer as the van has specially design bays to transport mirrors. This beautiful mirror came with its screws but no buffers to take up any tiny over pressure....answer not needed they do just crack and it doesn't take much. I get all of that but still cant truly accept there wasn't some flaw that split the mirror from a screw hole. Being synical I thought not a bad way to get a repeat order and double money but thats not the point really....the dissapointment felt by the fitter was unfair as he does know how to place a mirror, he is a bathroom/plumbing specialist....he now feels obliged to pay for another which isn't going to happen it was not his fault...it was an unexplainable shame. If however some sort of buffer or reinforcement around the screw holes could have saved this happening on such a heavy fab mirror and some protection during transit was there, this may not have happened. I have reordered, as I said the quality of the mirror is stunning. I was a bit dissapointed that the matter was taken lightly and the 'it happens a lot' attitude didnt help. Fingers crossed this time all will be well. BTW no reply to my email yet and this is totally an on line business so the products are likely not checked before sending out...

Great service in what is a difficult covid19 period.

I ordered a piece of table top glass and was apprehensive because I didn't know anything about this company. But I could see the only negative review was down to a break down in communication and not due to the quality of product or its price point. In fact, the price is so reasonable vs quality, it's the only company, moving forward, I'll use for glass requirements.

They suffered a bit of a set back with the van breaking down, but even with the issues they managed to deliver a few days later. Their drivers work some pretty brutal hours due to the fact there are no hotels open to help them cope with the long drive, so I was grateful they made the effort. I didn't mind the 6am wake up call, and we were able to give him a cup of coffee and biscuits for the road.

Covid19 is just another reminder to treat folks who are doing an unforgiving job in a difficult environment as you would like to be treated.

Keep on carrying on with the great job Mirrors and Glass.

I ordered 2 large cabinet doors for a custom built vivarium. I was over the moon with the quality of the doors, hinges and handles. The service was excellent from start to finish. The delivery driver was excellent too! Considering they were delivering to Scotland and during the coronavirus pandemic, from placing the order to delivery was very speedy. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and I am now looking for projects around the house so I can use this company again, lol. Excellent 👌😀

Ordered a bespoke sized mirror 1 week before lockdown and was informed as soon as we went into lockdown that the order was still being processed but delivery would be slightly delayed- it was but only for another week or so. Delivered with great comms and it’s a fab product!! These guys are my first port of call for mirrors and glass from now on ! Thank you !!!!

I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave this one. It has not been solicited by the company at all - indeed, I have not been asked for a review. I use Trustpilot a lot for my business and therefore was pleased to see that Mirrors and Glass UK were on here to enable me to provide some feedback.
I ordered three very large mirrors before going on annual leave. I was made aware that the lead time was about 2-3 weeks which was fine. The mirrors were ready whilst I was away and the delivery driver made contact and was extremely accommodating in terms of dropping the mirrors off to a friend who had agreed to meet him. Indeed, on the day of delivery he got caught in traffic but even offered to still come despite that meaning that he wouldn't drop off until 9pm. In the event, he brought them at 7:30 the next morning instead. First class service there.
However, what has totally blown me away is the quality of the mirrors and the edges. These three mirrors, when fitted side by side, measure 3000mm width and 1700mm in height. They arrived in absolutely faultless condition but it was only when I was levelling them in order to have them meet side by side that I realised how beautifully and perfectly cut they were. I bonded them to the wall in question and it was only a I was fitting them that I realised that even a wafer thin gap between them would allow an image of the wall behind to be refracted through the bevelled cut. I initially panicked because I thought that it was inconceivable that I would be able to match them that perfectly. However, after a few minutes of levelling and positioning they did indeed come together so perfectly that through the entire 1700mm of height on both joins, they met perfectly. The join was so good that I could no longer spot whether they were fully closed by eye and had to resort to using a single sheet of A4 paper - which could not penetrate the gap at any point. All other edges and the corners were similarly perfect and matching.
To be honest, I almost could have cried. It wasn't until fitting that I realised that the very slightest margin of error would have spoilt the overall look (even if only for me, because of course the person fitting always knows where the issues are), and also that if any one of them had been out by a millimetre, it would have been the most almighty problem to remove, lug back downstairs, reorder and ever match in the future, but these mirrors were beyond amazing.
In short the product supplied by this company, from nothing more than an online order and dealing remotely by email, was so good that it makes me wish I needed more mirrors. AAA+ service. Many thanks indeed.

Ordered some shelves - needed to be cut to exact size for a display cabinet after a bit of a disaster when moving. Before paying, got a message saying that they were very busy and that worst case delivery would be 19 days. Went ahead. Got a phone call on day 18 to ask whether I was sure that the delivery instruction to leave in the enclosed porch was still ok as he was driving past in the night. Next morning, there it all was. Night time stealth deliveries works for me! Great service, great product.

Perfect size, handle holes drilled in the perfect position, perfect mirror (no scratches or blemishes), friendly, professional and a fair price too - couldn't have asked for more.

I don't normally leave reviews but feel as if this is needed. Firstly I needed a mirror that was cut to EXACT size. After inputting the size on the website it was laser cut by the company and on delivery I checked the dimensions and it was cut to the exact size I asked for; brilliant.
The delivery chap was extremely friendly and helpful. He was part of the company's own courier. He called me a day before the delivery informing me of the delivery time which I thought was brilliant. The quality of the mirror is brilliant and I can't fault the service. Will definitely be using in the future. Plus, it came a lot earlier than the estimated delivery.

We ordered a wall length mirror for the downstairs toilet and the price was better than any other company and delivery was free, even though we are in Scotland and the company is somewhere in England.

The mirror is perfect, exactly what we wanted. Delighted and will use them again.

I made an enquiry for a shower enclosure has it has to be made to measure they got back to me and asked me to forward some dimensions on the 5/10/18 they replied with a price and asked me to call the following day to talk fixtures and fittings unfortunately i wasn't able to. I sent an email on the 26/10 explaining i would like to discuss the fitting with no reply.

I have made various calls spoken to a lady and she has said he is busy on the shop floor and told her i have sent emails but with no reply she said she would let him know. The final call i spoke to a man explained the situation and said about the emails he took my name and said he would make sure he knows. Nothing happened no reply so i would not waste your time

I am a pro upcycler and furniture restorer and needed a custom mirror producing and dispatching ASAP - this company were absolutely superb. I had already been let down by two other glass firms who had either been unable to accommodate my spec or had a lengthy wait which would've cause me issues. These guys, however, got my glass to me in days and it was exactly as I had ordered. Communication was excellent, too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

wanted to order from this site but received a very obstinate response when I called to ask regarding some bespoke glass splashbacks. The "Sales" contact lady was obviously very put out that she had to answer a phonecall and kept referring "online" "what you see online" "its all online" "online" I will not spend money with these rude people. I suggest a customer service course for the "Sales" lady. Why have a "Sales" contact number if the person answering cannot handle being asked valid questions? The website is complete rubbish with limited information

I was delighted after ordering a cut to order mirror, and needing quicker than usual delivery, to get a call from the company to help make it happen. I've rarely come across such good service together with a perfect and stunning product. From order right through to delivery (which was also foot perfect), I can highly recommend them.

Ordered some toughened glass online with some trepidation. Website was so easy to use it guided me through no problem. Place the order. I chased after a few days (because I was getting grief from the other half) customer service over the phone was great, they didn't treat me like a flapping idiot who was wasting their time. They explained the process; that I would get an email when the glass was made and that the delivery guy would ring me to arrange delivery.
Got the email, 2 days later the delivery guy called. I explained that I worked 10 min from home so he said he would call when he was 30 min away (how refreshing). He called, I popped home using no time off from work just an adjusted lunch hour. The glass is perfect.
Not sure what else you might want from a company - excellent product and customer service. Job done
