I wish I had looked here before ordering with Miss Sixty. It’s the worst experience! The emails bounce back when you email them so you cannot return the item and now it says out of the return window. I now just want to warn others on as many sites as possible not to shop with them. It’s a complete con and actually the quality is no better than Shein who are far more reliable.

I have come to become big fan of miss sixty now and their service. I don’t know how they were in past but recently I have purchased some pants and jackets and their quality is amazing and above that the customer service is so good, even when my date expired for return due to some reason they let me return and I communicate them through mail and they are very responsive. It’s sometimes hard to find my right fit for pants s I go petite but push up pants go well after I do little folding. I give 5 star ⭐️ rating .

Sizing is awfull and the return process is impossible. It cost me 150$ and they never answered to get the package once they tried to delivery and now they said they won’t go at the post office to get it. Quality is MEH, its made in China not Italy be careful.
Horrible Experience
This is supposed to be an Italian brand but they ship from China. Clothing qualify is crappy and not worth the price at all. Return process is unbelievably cumbersome and they make you ship the package back to China out of pocket. It cost me $100 USD to ship.

Refund
Sent back items to get a refund and after 2 weeks emailed them to chase up, but only the generic email back.
Checked with UPS which confirmed the parcel was definitely delivered back to them.
I eventually contacted American Express to raise a case and have temporarily got my money back while I dispute it.
Problems with refunds
I posted a return and it was delivered to Miss Sixty on 8th Sept 2020. After another 2 weeks of waiting for a refund I contacted Miss Sixty, they only sent me a generic email saying they are looking into this case without any further follow-ups. I sent multiple emails afterwards and ultimately had to open a case through PayPal. If not for PayPal intervention I wouldn't have received my money back.
Miss Sixty ignores refunds
Unfortunately, I can only confirm that the customer service doesn't react in time or at all, but only if you need a refund. For me, I ordered a few articles and paid in advance. One of the items couldn't be delivered so I requested a refund. The customer service hasn't responded yet, I have been waiting for one week.
After reading the other reviews, I think I will never receive my money back. This is the last time I ordered anything from Miss Sixty.

Do not ever buy from this place - they are thieves.
Your orders will never get shipped on time. You will never get your refund if you return a item. No wonder why all their shops in England have been closed down.
I returned some items almost 5 weeks ago but I haven't received my refund yet. I have sent over 100 emails to their customer service; nobody replied to me back, nobody even answered the phone when called.
I will now have to go to the ombudsman to make an official complaint to get a chargeback.
Never place any orders with them, you will waste your time and money!!!
Miss 60 is complete crap
Miss 60 is complete crap! I have been buying their clothes for 20 years but it is only getting worse: the clothes design, quality, sizes mixed up, their customer service, etc.
I ordered some clothes recently. A dress was not available and they wanted to refund me. I have been chasing this refund for weeks. You get an email response that answers none of my questions. There is no phone number to call.

Literally the worst customer service ever. They can't even answer a simple question about sizes (when there's no shoes size chart in their website and it's specifically mentioned to contact them) before I can order, I don't even want to imagine what it would be like to deal with them in case of some real issue.
