Worst experience ONLINE Horrible customer service
I purchased a sweater recently online for myself. It looked really beautiful and chic. i live in a city where Thre are no miss sixty stores, but I have seen its stores in other cities, so i had to order it online. After i order the top which was about 150 dollars and paid 20 extra for shipping, i received an Email saying that the sweater is coming from Italy. What? So if you reside in the US, you have to wait till your item gets to you from Italy? Well, I already paid a lot of money, so i waited few more days for it to get to me. Finally, it was at my door, and I opened the box. Wow, it fit a 12 yo girl not me (and I am tiny), material too itchy and the length too short, not what i saw online. Ok, return! but now you have to send it back to Italy. They sent me the info and shipping and custom labels which you have to make 3 copies of them and so and so. i did it and shipped the box (their return policy is only 8 days, i believe) after 1 week of sending the box, it returned back to me d/t incorrect info on the labels. I contacted them to resolve the issue. Their answer? Do not send it back to us. It is passed the due date. i explained that i sent the package before that and basically it is not my fault. Still!!! We do not care and we will not refund you. No logic or customer service. So I am stuck w/ 170 dollar pullover that no one can wear bc it is so itchy and short. Just wanted to warn you guys that do not try to get anything online, bc I did everything i was supposed to do and at the end got nothing. Also, their products are over priced based on the quality that I saw in that sweater.
BEWARE ordering online in the UK.
I love Miss Sixty and buy a lot from them in their shoos in London. But I will not be shopping with them any more. I just did my first online order. One of the skirts was too small and I had to send it back. You can not return it to the shop and gave to send it back to Italy.
It cost me £16.00!! Don't bother with this company. The most frustrating thing is their sizing. I usually wear a small in their clothes, but this item was far too small for me. Their sizing is incorrect and random. I am not shopping from them again online or at their retail outlets in London. It is grossly unfair that The customer has to pay because they do not use standard sizing on all their clothes.
Also you have to get an email authorisation before returning an item, I emailed on Sunday and it took until Friday before I ifinally get an email to authorise the return.
