Job related role - I had recently applied for Graphic & Content Designer role at Missy Empire.

I received an email about a face to face interview and to let them know what date and times would work best for me that week or next week. I was also asked complete a design task for them which included creating : Social Media story, Web banner & Email graphic.

I advised them that I would be able to get the day off from my current role on the Tuesday 2nd of July which the interview was then booked in. Previously from this, they booked the interview in the day before but I was unable to get the day off for this so we rescheduled.

The interview was booked for 11:45 that day, however I received an email at 10:00 AM to say that they have cancelled my interview as this position has been filled.

Really disappointed with how the company has dealt with the situation as I have used my own annual leave to book this day off and also took time to plan and prep for this interview and feel they haven't took this into consideration as they cancelled last minute.

They didn't give me the opportunity to display my skills and experience before choosing a candidate to fill this role. I find this very unprofessional and creates a negative image for such a huge successful business.

I thought it was a pretty outfit but very expensive considering the skirt was very small and totally see through and yet the top in the same size was perfect but wasn’t sadly worth the price so I returned.

Great quality clothing. Easy to send stuff back and my order came really quick so will defiantly be ordering again.

Delivery was so fast, the quality is lovely and the products look just like on the website.

I bought something with next-day delivery and they sent an order confirmation to my email, 3 days had passed and there was no shipping update. I emailed customer service and they replied they'd get back to me, when they eventually did, they said the item was out of stock.

Sizing is not amazing, would advise to size up. However, quality and materials are great.

I sent back a package, which hadn’t yet been updated to be refunded and it had been a while… I emailed customer service… Their response was extremely quick and it was sorted in the first email… Amazing!! Thank you Joe

I received my order on time and even ordered last minute with next day delivery arriving at the perfect time. I then returned some items which didn’t fit.

I found the return easy however I did then use the contact form to make sure it was being processed, as I hadn’t received anything. I received a timely response the following day from a member of the team who was very helpful and advised me on the next steps. This was reassuring to know what was happening and that any issues I have I am able to contact someone and receive help.

First time ordering and I’m sooo pleased! Arrived so quickly and even came with little beauty samples which was a nice surprise. Already filling up my wish list for my next order

Ordered twice and issues both times- I shouldn’t have given them a second chance. First time, I put a discount code in but when the order went through they didn’t give me the discount even though it showed on my order! Second time they sent me the wrong item but wouldn’t pay the postage to send me out the correct item I ordered, they expected me to order the item again and therefore pay postage again despite the fault being theirs! Shocking customer service!
