When I signed up as a new member I got 25% off. Purchased a new birthday dress
“Nadia Silver Glitter Mini Dress” in a size 12, I’m 5ft 5inches in height and mid build and this is gorgeous fitting. Can adjust the straps, only downside is I don’t like zips on the side of this dress. I had to zoom in the image to check if it had one or not. Although what would be an improvement for the website/app if it could provide more information on material! If it’s elastic, polyester etc. I have to base sizing off the type of material it is, luckily this one fit perfectly. So luckily I didn’t go 1 up or 1 down . 12 is good. But yes please feature materials in the description, would be really helpful. It came in 3 days, on time. It let me know process of delivery, I haven’t shopped here before . But I will definitely use this again for dresses !!! Lots of things are really tied in with what’s popular, and can’t see any repetitive stuff compared to pretty little thing. Missy empire is my new go to for shopping for clothes 😍😍😍

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER
I received my parcel, was disgusting quality and 10 times smaller size than should’ve been, I sent it back, THEY RECEIVED IT BACK, have sent them proof that they have received it finally admitted they have received it. After a month back and forth they are saying I’m not getting a refund. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY RETURNED PARCEL

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered using next day delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address. I provided evidence that it had not been delivered and the details provided by the courier confirmed this.
I reordered the same outfit and returned it as it did not fit.
I received a refund for my returned outfit but they refused to refund me for the lost parcel that I paid £60 for.
This has been ongoing for over a month with very poor customer service.
I am shocked & disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

Absolutely awful!! Do not buy. I just opened the top (brand new) put it on and the so called shoulder pad is a piece of foam that immediately came off before I even put it on. Literally a black top with two white pieces of foam squares sticking out. Can’t believe it. It’s not even stitched together with the top! Avoid!!

Love my recently purchased items! Cute style, good quality and value for money. Postage was also super fast, didn’t realise how quickly my parcels would arrive!
