Good quality clothing very quick delivery easy to use app

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Two items were missing from my daughter’s parcel and she informed them straight away. There was a tear in the packaging but that does not count as damage.They were then chased multiple times as they were looking at the CCTV. This took them nearly a month to do and my daughter was still waiting for some confirmation so had not returned the rest of the parcel. She realised she needed to as it was nearly a month and they were still not being helpful so she returned the package and expected a full refund as she had been in constant communication with the company about the package. They have given her a gift card for the value of the goods she returned and had the audacity to say that the items were packed as they can see it on the CCTV. My daughter has asked to see the CCTV and also to speak to a manager - both of these requests have been totally ignored and she has currently paid for the 2 missing items.

Ordered 2 , one in mocha and one in black. The black one is perfect and cosy.

Delivery was super fast and came the next day although I only went through standard shipping!

There were so many things that I saw and loved while ordering! I usually over order when online shopping so I can try extra bits on and see what fits, what suits me or what I like and then I usually return the bits that aren’t as great.
This was also my first time ordering from this site and I did expect to only keep some things and send the others back. But no exaggeration, everything was perfect! So I’ve ended up keeping it all, which says a lot!! The fit of all the items was perfect and the material was really good quality! I loved the designs and shapes of the clothing, really fab! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

As for product ex1 invisiwear shade 11 was way too dark and orange have been using same shade for six years was a lovely yellow undertone warm now too dull and grey.

Such good quality clothing, fast delivery and great service. Will definitely be using again as have done on various occasions. Size guide is spot on cannot complain.
