Payed £6 for next day delivery on…

Payed £6 for next day delivery on Monday didn’t come till Thursday and even then the delivery driver didn’t deliver the parcel even when I was in so received the parcel on Friday by which that point was too late and didn’t need it anymore

Never again!

Would never order from Missy Empire again.

Ordered and item and paid for next day delivery, the order then took TWO WEEKS to arrive. I returned as it didn’t come in time for the event I ordered it for and despite having confirmation the delivery charge would also be refunded, when they made the refund I was still charged for this non existent next day service. Also, being charged £2.99 on top of that for the return admin fee when the only reason I returned was due to Missy Empires failure seems ridiculous to me.

Exceptionally poor customer service.

I ordered contacts for a Halloween…

I ordered contacts for a Halloween party. I paid extra for shipping, so they would definitely get here in time. Came three days after the party. My recommendation would be if you say you're going to ship an item sooner and have the customer pay for this extra shipping. Then they should probably receive it in a timely fashion not mailed late.

DO NOT USE

Ordered a grey dress a week before an event and they sent me a red top. When I asked for the dress to be urgently sent to me, they refused. I returned the top and got no refund until I chased it. Then they refunded me half the amount!!! Will NEVER use again.

21st Birthday dress

Loves the dress I received it amazing quality and I will be wearing it for my 21st birthday. I ordered it in 2 sizes and it was simple and easy to return the dress I was even able to get it picked up as Missy Empire use Royal Mail as their returns courier!
