The quality is not as good as expected, especially for the price.
The green bodysuit was the only item that was semi decent, the leathers trousers aren’t worth the money, they aren’t as thick as the good pairs are and the tops aren’t worth the money either. Overall, not happy. The jeans and leather trousers are the same size yet the jeans were too tight and the leathers were a tad too big??
The top with the buckles doesn’t stop riding up either and it’s tight so I know it’s not too big or anything. And the feather cuffed top is some sort of Lycra/workout material which is odd.

Fast shipping and the website is very easy to use . One helpful comment is I wish u where able to view ur cart before buying instead of it taking u straight to check out

I still have not received my order that I ordered for next day delivery on 9th March! Nor have I received any response to my first email. I want this order to be cancelled, a refund issued and a complaint logged. This is awful service.

Received a ripped item and the only solution was that they cannot do anything about it. I explained them that the clothes are of very poor quality and I was very disappointing but they don’t seem to care. Will definitely not be ordering again and I suggest you do the same!

I returned an order to Missy Empire over 6 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I’ve received the exact same email, word for word, promising that the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Unfortunately, nothing has happened, and I’m left with no resolution. It’s very disappointing to see such a lack of follow-through.

Would not recommend based on my experience.

Sub par quality of items - defects in fabric, stitching and some stains across multiple items and orders. Customer service can only offer painfully long winded ways to resolve this and don’t seem to care about making things right.

I ordered a pair of boots the first week in November .
They blamed Evri for loosing the boots however Evri never received the boots .
I have sent over 30 emails to this ‘company ‘ each time they lie and make excuses why I haven’t received my refund . 3 months later still waiting for my refund . It’s discussing and reading all
The reviews on here say the same . I don’t know how this company is allowed to carry on advertising ! Take my advice spend your money with a decent company with morals also because you will get scammed here .
