Ordered a co-ord set, size 12 jeans more like size 8. Ordered again in a bigger size and a back up outfit but they never dispatched my order after paying for next day delivery, on the 3rd day of no order or no dispatch or tracking I requested to cancel and to get a refund.

half a refund?? sent back all 4 items in my order, and they only refunded me for two of them??
complete nonsense tbh. I've emailed and still no proper response. Feels like they just pick and choose what to refund. not happy t all

I order a big amount of clothes for a big amount of money.. haven’t received order and trying to contact a customer service, it’s been almost two months now and all i receive is ,,we will look into this today’’ until I have to chase them as I they never get back to me… the answer is always the same. They will look into it. So no money no order, horrible customer service.

please be careful with these scammers. don't buy anything from them, i ordered a package almost a month ago, customer service is crap and good for nothing. some joe answers who doesn't help with ANYTHING. i don't have a package or money. you are thieves, they couldn't give me any information or find out what was happening with my package, from the very beginning there were problems with them because first my discount didn't work and then they didn't want to cancel the order. shame on you and give me my money back. i promise i won't let this matter go.

The sale items in my wishlist were available and other puece were easy to find. I got a voucher for my loyalty on top of sale prices.

Absolutely furious. Paid for next day delivery, received 4 days later. Order 5 items got 2 and they are dragging their heels doing anything about it. Send me a picture of the wrapper. I did that. I also sent a picture of the delivery driver handing the parcel to me and you can tell there is definitely not 5 items in there. They ate talking me they weigh the parcels when they are shipped so why 5 days later still no reply. Tomorrow I will be going to my bank for a refund and I will be reporting them.

Joe from the customer service team is fantastic - responds within an hour or sometimes even minutes and will resolve anything super quick 5 star service 🌟

Sent back 3 items ! Yet they only gave me a refund back for 2 and claim the third item was not sent back even thought it was!!

I live in the Isle of Man and was on holiday in Manchester. Ordered a parcel for Saturday delivery to my hotel in Manchester, as I was leaving Sunday night.
Did not receive my parcel in time, went back to IoM without it. Contacted Missy Empire and Yodel that I will no longer be at the delivery address, they still delivered it 2 days later to the wrong place and when I contacted ME CS, they provided me with a screenshot where Yodel said it’s been delivered even though that was my complaint and then went on to promise they will claim from insurance for this and then REJECTED my claim after providing all necessary evidence. That it was late and delivered to a place I was no longer at when I’d told them both I’d no longer be there 2 days prior, and then not compensated at all. They stole my money.
