AVOID AT ALL COSTS DONT GIVE BACK REFUNDS

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. Everything I tried on was bad quality or dirty. Sent my items back straight away. Had no corospondance since. Customer service don’t get back to you or ignore you! They owe me nearly £100 and I’m yet to see it

Wish I could put 0 Star, want to return a jacket which didn't fit and the website is down for weeks now, Tried to email customer service which advised they will get back to me in 24hrs and 1 week later still no communication, I just want my money back, wont be returning to them and wont be recommending as well

I wish I could give this zero stars! Placed 2 orders with missy empire nearly £150 in total. Only kept 3 items. Sent everything back in one parcel using their Royal Mail prepaid postage, 7th July, nearly 4weeks ago and zero contact from them! I have emailed several times, Facebook messaged, contacted on TikTok, even opened a case with resolver you just get completely ignored! You put your trust in this company assuming that they value their customers and they just scam you! It’s disgusting! Avoid at all costs

AVOID! I wouldn't order from here if you need to send anything back because you wont get no refund. I sent my parcel back a month ago and had nothing back.
Waiting on a refund nearly a month later. Will not answer any messages.

Paid nearly £100 for my items, all crap and cheap quality so i returned them on the 8th, by the 12th it was delivered and they're claiming to not have got my parcel, since the 12th ive been ignored, no communication nothing. i have chased, sent tickets, emailed, tiktok, nothing even though it states 'Will get back within 1 working day' they have simply ignored me. Girls please do not waste your time, they are scamming people. ive had to do a charge back on my card and start a claim with Royal Mail. THANKS!

Ordered from Missy empire

Ordered from Missy empire. Paid for next day delivery and still not received my items. I emailed them and was contacted by Billgham Support team who apologised and said he would make an instant refund to my bank. He asked what phone I had and then started sending codes to it. He then asked me to download an app to my phone so I hung up. Have reported both the Billgham support team and Missy empire to the police as they are clearly scammers . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I Need a Restock💕

Here’s to hoping that the Tape High Rise panty is restocked in creme (in addition to other, girly colors).

It’s so difficult to find a mid or high rise brazilian with the brand logo printed around the entire “tape” waistband. I know it’s silly, but having the logo bold and visible implies ‘luxury brand’ lingerie. It makes me feel so cute, and my husband loves it.💕

If I could rate 0 I would.
Paid for next day delivery. Hasn't been shipped yet. Wrote a customer service ticket. No reply. Wrote another and no reply. Went on socials, they read my message and never replied.
I sent emails, no reply.
I will never buy from this company again. They are scam and I will have to go through the bank to get my money back and now have a panic shop in town. Im really pissed.

I ordered an outfit from here on 31st…

I ordered an outfit from here on 31st may, I paid for next day delivery as I was going on holiday. I then received the parcel 4 days later and the quality of this product was horrendous! Considering this would’ve cost over £50 if it wasn’t for a discount code I’ve never received something so terrible, the sizing was very inaccurate the set looked nothing like the photos and the material can only be described as stretch sandpaper.
I returned the parcel to the post office the next morning before heading to the airport, then a week later when I returned I chased them as I had not had any contact. They then said my parcel could not be located. I sent my proof of postage and suddenly the parcel has been found.
I’m now 8 days on from this with still no confirmation of return, I have been chasing as I just get told to wait another few days as there is a queue, I keep bringing up the fact their website states 5 working days. Never again will I use this site and I would never recommend this to anyone!

Terrible for getting refunded …

Found it handy having a return label inside the package instead of having to do it online however the return and refund is terrible. I returned my parcel 3 weeks ago now, when you can finally get a reply off someone I was told they hadn't received my return, I checked the tracking information and it had reached them 2 days after I sent it back. I then got told my refund was being issued and would get it 1-5 days, that was over a week ago, emailed again yesterday to be told basically to just keep waiting as there is a que!! Won't buy from here again.
