Fantastic stand mixer and fast delivery

I bought a MisterChef stand mixer a couple of years ago, which has been working perfectly well and we've used it almost once a week. No issues whatsoever, but I put the egg beater in the dishwasher the other day by mistake and the shiny silver coat disappeared. Totally my fault because I forgot it is not dishwasher safe. Anyway, I went online to find a replamenent beater and got it for £15 on Amazon directly from MisterChef and it arrived the following day. Super speedy delivery. Very happy with it! All good as new again. Thanks!

Faulty product and zero customer service

Misterchef dispatched a product which was faulty after a few months. They do not respond to emails. They only respond to Amazon escalations where they pretend they will investigate (but do not). They ask you to return the product at your cost but do not respond again to replace, repair or refund their faulty product.

Avoid them.

I bought the pot, but the staff of MisterChef deceived me by email that the goods had been delivered. I sent many emails to ask for tracking number, but I haven't received any reply. So far, I haven't received my pot for a month

Worst Customer Experience

My Nan brought a set of scales, the information and picture was incorrect, then took 12 days to get in contact with them to arrange a return, 7 days of calling everyday multiple times, also sent about 6 email. AVOID.

Misterchef's items are a life change

Misterchef's items are a life change, no need to stress out about suppers & lunch for them kids, just like that you take out fish, meat, vegetables, pizza etc. Without even thinking which peppers or ingredients you through it on the machines & it comes out better than perfect... its a must all there products are very safe & easy to wash and compact..
Thanks Misterchef we will always be grateful!

Wow I can't honestly say anything bad…

Wow I can't honestly say anything bad about this company, they answered the phone as quick as I dialed their number everytime. Their products was introduced by a friend so had to get hold of it myself. What a fantastic service like never before in any other place. Really highly recommend.
