Using mobikwik's pocket UPI these days, it's great that I don't have to link my bank account for daily upi transactions

When I pay a Loan EMI via the BBPS , the final receipt will not bear the name of the loan account holder. This applies to utility bill payments also. I don't know what is preventing Mobikwik from including the name, which they can verify, in the receipt. It would be great if they implement this feature.

I m using Mobikwik app since last 3 years. It has been updated and add more new features from last time. Users friendly and trusted app for fast payments transfers .I didn’t face any issues or problem with this app till today I m using this app.

If we face any miner issue , Customer care executives are very polite and friendly, they always ready to help at preference.

Overall it’s very useful and Trusted Platform for online payments transactions.

Mobikwik app is far better than other payment app. My payment never failed neither got any useless notification. Very good app.

I’m beyond frustrated with MobiKwik. I paid my electricity bill through their ZIP wallet, only to be charged twice the amount. Now they’re demanding the extra payment and adding a late fee of Rs. 752! I’ve opened 5 support tickets about this issue, but their customer service has been completely unresponsive.

MobiKwik’s lack of support has left me with no solution and extra charges I shouldn’t have to pay. If this is how they treat their customers, I’d recommend that people consider uninstalling MobiKwik to avoid such headaches. MobiKwik, please address this issue for me and for others who deserve reliable service

Using mobikwik after paytm wallet, good wallet app. Pocket UPI is even better, no bank acct required.

Using Mobikwik for credit card payments, very seamless. Settlements happen immediately which is great.

I have been using Mobikwik's pocket UPI feature extensively and it truly is very good, no linking to bank account and no down time of bank servers. Never faced any problem. Thumbs up!

Third class app.Unprofessional and rude customer support. Scammed thousand of people by blocking their money.

Never trust mobikwick, they will cheat you. I had a Xtra account with them and recently all my deposits were converted to a lending account without my consent / permission. I am unable to withdraw my own money now. They are a fraud wallet company

fraud company, lost 60k money Trust me it’s Fraud Company, i lost my money and still investigation going on from 1 year(Ticket 9474899) and getting frequent calls from collection team who talks manners less.

They are horrible. Dont respond to your querries, they dont reply to emails. and there is never anyone to speak to on the phone. I have switched after 5 years with them. FAIL.

I am writing to tell you that the payment INR 18531/-was an unauthorized transfer. My Axis Indian Oil Credit card account number is xxx3191. My mails & message notification received shows that automatic payment was made to [Company name- WWW MOBIKWI]. However this payment was unauthorized.
All frauds are done by them they hack customer all data . Recently I had faced a fraud of Rs 18531/- and when I had reported to Cyber complaint in India.
