How this app is still running on Google Play it should be blacklisted as all frauds are done by them they hack customer all data . Recently I had faced a fraud of Rs 6000 and when I had reported they are blocking my account saying there is inactivity for 1 year . Cyber complaint no. is 3240524001240012915 in India. If any one want to take action against mobikwik please contact me I have all proof with me . Fraud account was in gurugram and head office also . Both are same person.

Fraud company not giving complete information

For 10 rupees charges MobiKwik added 4181/- penalties.
Third class company with pathetic services and customer service is also below average.

Its a worst application and they start calling your loved ones they hack your mobile and start calling them even you paid your dues on time, very Rude and RBI should take action on them.

This is third class app and there customer care employee are very rude they don't have manners how to talk with customers I didn't recommend this app to anyone. Also have high rate of interest and charges. I was recommend this app to so many friends but now we all are closing this app.

People mobikwik team stole contact list from your mobile and they do calls and harrasing to your father mother wife relatives, please government of India ,banned them defaulters

Deposit money to wallet . Not credited . When I ask for refund , they just blocked my account . Well professional service 🙌

URGENT ALERTS ❗ ❗ Fraudulent calls are coming to my family members very abusive language has been used also asking for my details. You'll get multiple calls again and again also after paying all your dues they don't provide NOC LETTER and call you again and again for recovery. Very pathetic application also please check if they're RBI registered NBFC or not if not do not provide your details. Very very pathetic application pathetic people. Mobikwik ShutDown. Worst Service. I have sent an email regarding ForeClosed Loan to you and close my loan account and Refund my money 3 month EMI Overpaid and i am writing daily emails to concern team and department, No Use of Emails. Mobikwik are Cheating and Looting Money from the Public and i kindly request RBI should take action against this and banned the Mobikwik Company. No customer support for any help. Worst customer service. Please don't use this app. It's a perfect well planned Scam.

I had a highly distressing experience with this company, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. This company not only deceived me but also violated my privacy in a deeply concerning manner.

During the installation of their app, ask for various permissions, including access to my contacts, gallery, and location. Little did I know that these permissions would be used against me in the most alarming way.

Not only did they exploit my contacts to harass my family and friends when I couldn't repay them immediately, but they also took advantage of my personal photos. They edited my pictures without my consent, using them to create defamatory posters, spreading false information about me and labeling me as a fraud.

Such gross misuse of personal information is an absolute violation of privacy and a breach of trust. This company has shown a complete disregard for ethical business practices, exploiting innocent individuals for their own gain.

I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid any interactions . Their actions are not only deceptive but also demonstrate a lack of respect for personal boundaries and privacy.

If you have also fallen victim to the practices, I encourage you to report the incident to the appropriate authorities and take necessary steps to protect your privacy and well-being

Very Poor Customer Serice. I have many time mail but there is no response from Mobikwik.

This is the worst app.
I had transferred 15000 rupees to friend's account through this app 2 months ago.
The transaction was shown as successful but the money was not credited to the friend's account.
This is rubbish and worst app.

Mobikwik payment application is fraud believe me they are just looting Money from innocent people but still our govt ignoring even after I see many complaints on twitter from plenty of users reported.

They gave fake reviews on Google Playstore. All 5 star ratings are fake.

Mobikwik is a fraud company, please don't use their any of services, they will charge you unnecessary hidden charges in the name of late fees and interest, be careful. Customer support number also a fraud, it is always (24x7) engaged and we can not connect through phone, in chat they reply after 24 hours which is again a painful experience, Paytm or Freecharge is much better

Downgrading experience with Mobikwik, there is not only one reason behind this review.
i have been faced problems with Mobikwik more than 3 times.
One time they had blocked my account for no reason and railway refunded arround 10000and mobikwik was not let me login to wallet. this was like they scammed me experience. later i got some issues little bit but recently mobikwik reported to cibil reports that i have took a loan of 60,000 that i never took. also their customer support is too slow and they dont solve any problem. i am telling you if you wanna stay out of trouble you shoud stop using Mobikwik right now.

Very very fraud company please please don't install this app the collection department is very worst and using very bad words i have full evidence please don't install this app. And I am gonna take legal action against mobikwik app and the collection department who has spoken to me

Don't use this cheater application, they are charged extra fees which service you never used....i totally fade up with this app.
Pls. Take care of money from this cheater hand, i would suggest UNINSTALL the application as soon as possible.

Dishonest and cheaters company. No regard for people money. Help &support section is farce.Grievance cell is not approachable through mail or phone.Beware people lest your money will be swallowed by cheaters and looters.Amount of rs.1068.34 paid through debit card of yes bank is not returned as transaction failed. Email to grievance Redressal proved of no use.Help& support section is not helpful. Day light robbery done by Mobikwik.
