Actually it shud be zero, cheaters there is no use of this app. Customer care no revert n who is the founder of this application, they charge without any use of this application, no manners n no ethics to this boss. Unnecessarily i paid 435 ,next time wat ever it may be I'm not going to pay . Cheaters .

very unprofessional app. poor customer service
very unprofessional service and attitude. They are a fintech service, so you expect them to be prompt and responsive about money matters. fraudulent transactions cannot be properly resolved. once ticket is raised, it`s resolved on another issue and not about the fraudulent transaction. Their customer service hardly contacts you by phone or provides a toll free number.
They charge high commissions to make money transfers especially from credit cards. I was only using this app because they offered a high ZIP spending credit limit. Their interface is very bad and not properly laid out for users. If your money gets fraudulently sucked into this app, it`ll be very hard getting your money back from this dark sinkhole.

Worse Customer Support
Worse. Thier support team is worst of all i have ever seen. I have requested them to close my zip services as thier 20 days policy is Just a waste piece. I am waiting from past 1 month. But i can't request another support ticket as my previous one is open and they are not responding from past 1 month. If you can't respond back to customer then shut your services. Why are you testing our patience and wasting our time.
