Walk in shower was installed within two days, a very efficient service. Good communication with the company. Adam the installer was first class and very accommodating going that bit extra.

I’m surprised at all the positive reviews. I literally had to double check the name of the company before writing this review.
I’m the one with a disability. I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Mobility is a challenge but I manage but it is getting worse the older I get. My husband decided to get the en-suite done as part of future proofing our house.
I’ll admit I wasn’t keen on using this company especially when I heard the price. But my husband insisted, so I went along with it.
The finished job does look great but I did have little complaints all along.
1. New towel radiator installed But didn’t install new thermostatic chrome controls, just put the old white ( yellowing ) ones back on.
2. The new comfort height toilet came with a new toilet brush, cloth and a large bottle of Method bathroom cleaner in a bag in the toilet before it was installed. When I came home from work the last day, Lee was gone, so was the extras and the old thermostat control was put on the radiator.
It was such a small petty thing but it still annoyed me.
3 The big issue was the toilet. It would not drain/flush. First it won’t drain just once a week. My husband would remove tissue, put unblocking fluid in and it would flush. We only used it for a number 1. Number 2 we used the second WC in the house.
Then 2 weeks ago, it wouldn’t drain after every use. So we stopped using it altogether.
My husband contacted Mobility Plus reminded them of 12 month guarantee and it’s only been 6 weeks. They said the same guy Lee would come on Saturday between 9 and 10am. It’s now 11.10am and there is no sight of Lee or anyone from the company. There was no message to say he’s running late or he couldn’t do the site visit today. Absolutely nothing. I feel validated about my initial thoughts on this company now. It grieves me, that my husband paid so much for this unprofessional company.

Chose company because they said they were knowledgeable in the field of providing mobility showers and guaranteeing their products.
Knowledgeable assessors - general & technical. The job started as arranged. Delightful fitter who worked alone & completed installation in 2 days. An advisor kept in touch by email daily. Only hiccup was that I hadn’t received a plan of the work or details of when materials/ electrician would arrive so fitter had to contact office before starting work. Rubbish was collected as advised. Installation looks great.

This job was simply taking out a bath and replacing it with a walk-in shower.
All company reps (salesman, engineer, fitter, overall supervisor) were clear and efficient. In particular, the fitter. James, was impressive in his work rate, his skill and the way in which he kept consulting me as to the exact positioning of various elements. I now have a beautiful shower that suits me and no longer have to climb over the bath.
The company is not cheap. A local bathroom fitter would probably cost less but firms here seem to prefer full bathroom replacements, not the job I wanted done, so I am grateful to Mobility Plus.

Everything explained very well at all stages by lee, lots of helpful advice for any further additions at a later date . Actual workmanship first class, very thorough. Thanks lee a really first class job.

We were very impressed by the company (Mobility Plus) from start to finish. Everyone with whom we had contact either by 'phone or in person was polite, helpful and well-informed. Jon, our installer and Stephen the electrician were kind, efficient and very hard-working so that the whole job was finished in only 3 days. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and can now shower safely. Our thanks to all concerned - we would recommend the company to anyone.

Though not the cheapest quote, Mobility Plus have modernised our bathroom entirely to our satisfaction. The Fitter arrived promptly, and worked hard each day, finishing one day ahead of schedule, which was very helpful. He kept us informed at each stage, kept noise and clutter to a minimum, was most considerate of our needs as an elderly couple, and has left us with a much improved walk-in shower and toilet/basin. We would recommend this company to anyone thinking of upgrading the bathroom.

Mark the engineer was very professional, punctual and went over and beyond - you can tell he loves his job - perfection is all I can say :-)

Ryan was very helpful asking me daily if everything was going ok.
As for the fitter Steve he was a very friendly chap and he kept me up to date with what he was doing to do next and making sure that I was happy with how the work is carried out. The best thing was of him is that he made sure the work was done properly and he put himself out to do so. Steve was very helpful in a lot of ways and buying materials which suited us was one of them. Altogether a pleasant experience.

Martin and Jon were friendly, informative and just got on with the work, tidying up any mess. They explained what was happening and where we were in the process. Also very polite.

Despite a mix-up over starting dates (a confirmation email would be helpful) I was delighted with my walk-in shower fitted by Jakub and his helper Cam within two days.Nothing was too much trouble for them and they left the place spotless. Thanks lads!

Mobility Plus provided an excellent service from start to finish. The fitter, Festim and his companion, did a great job and worked non-stop in an efficient and tidy manner. Mobility Plus phoned each day of the installation and the day after it was finished to make sure everything was going OK. The only issue was with the delivery of the bathroom furniture by a courier which arrived late on the first day of the installation.

Excellent product and very prompt installation

I cannot praise Peter who worked 5 days transforming our bathroom highly enough. He arrived exactly on time every day and worked giving us very little disruption. I am delighted with the finished outcome and altogether first class service.

The bath was all of our expectations also the fitter RADEK that was allicated to fit the bath was excellent and very tidy at his work.l would give him 11 out of 10 if I could. I would highly recommend him toanyone.

Kevin was a very hard worker , he kept me informed through out and told me everything he was going to do . He was polite and always arrived early in the morning
