Haylen RGB for my theater room!
I purchased 2 of the Haylen RGB wall sconces for my theater room to add some modern splash. The lights are sleek and gave me the look that I was hoping for. I agree with some of the other reviews that the website images appear to be a bit “touched up”; for example the led lights inside the Haylen sconce casing appear to be strung together by individual bulbs, similar to Xmas lights, but the website images hide/mask those design details. I probably wouldn’t have gone with these lights had I noticed that detail, but it isn’t a “package up and return” deal breaker for me either. I had one issue during install that was not explained in the setup instructions. My light switch had a dimmer feature and caused incompatibility issues with these sconces. I couldn’t figure out the issue so I emailed Mod customer support and they diagnosed the issue real-time and I was able to quickly replace my dimmer switch with a standard switch and was good to go! Customer support was super responsive and helpful in that regard.

Beautiful lights
Beautiful lights. I bought 4. I did have an issue with one light not long after purchase. I was dreading on how the process was going to go. Was I going to get the run around, be ignored, dismissed? Let me just say, the attention my issue got was second to no one. I am not a big reviewer but in this day and age, with all the fly by night companies, ya never know so if someone goes above and beyond, people should know. My issue was resolved expeditiously and a new light was Fedexed to me and at my door in a few days. I have replaced the one with the issue and am back up to 100%. Fear not when purchasing from this company.

Outside wall lights
We purchased 6 outside wall lights from MOD lighting for our back garden. We asked loads of questions as the lights were coming from a company in America and we are in the UK. Amazing
I bought few different lights from MOD, some for outdoor and indoor. They look modern and different from anything else on the market. For the first purchase they give a good discount code which makes a difference when you buy few more lights at once.
I was a bit concerned about the delivery time and shipping as I’m based in UK so I contacted customer service for an update. They were very prompt to answer and very helpful, which was reassuring.
The lights were delivered in few days arriving in few different packages. They were very well packaged, nothing was damaged. I was very impressed with Bailey as it has glass orbs, which were all intact.
We had a mix up and received different patio lights but I think this was picked up pretty much straight away and the correct lights were delivered in a couple of days. Customer service was great, emphasising customer satisfaction and seamless shopping experience.
Some of the patio lights have already been installed by our electrician, easy to install, good build, quality and looking great.
Definitely the wow factor I was looking for. I would recommend MOD lighting and definitely will buy again.
