It has been a month and my t-shirt has still not being delivered. Customer Service does not respond to any e-mails. According to my tracking record the t-shirt has not left Hong Kong yet. But payment was done within 1 day!

I ordered a made-to-order jacket and was told it would ship within 1-3 weeks. The last email now said 5 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks and nobody is replying to my email. Starting to get concerned that this might be some kind of scam? Anybody have the same experience?

i just got my package here to brazil and it's awesome! everything is correct and I even got a little extra xmas gift.....(???)) don't know if this was a mistake or not(??) ... hope not, haha

Awful. Awful. Awful. I only ordered this jacket because the website makes it seem like it's a European company, when in fact it's a Chinese company, producing cheap rubbish in China! So with my guard down I ordered what was suppose to be a parka jacket. Firstly, it took 5 nearly 6 weeks to get to my order, then when it arrived the arms of the jacket where extremely short and tight, overall the jacket was a mess! Please do not waste your money ordering from this company, it cost me $70 to return this jacket to Hong Kong! Rubbish jacket. Rubbish customer service. BE WARNED. I will be filing a complaint with Paypal to ensure I get a speedy refund.

Bought a pair of cute shoes and I like them a lot. But one of the shoe laces broke after maybe 5-6 wears so I had to replace it.

I ordered a shirt from Modekungen. I loved it. It was a Prince tee shirt. Well, I washed it and I noticed it had holes in it after. I didn't worry about it but the company emailed me about my purchase. I told them about the hole and sent them a picture. To make a long story short, they just emailed me telling me they were sending me a new shirt! I was so shocked! They have really made my year! Thanks Modekungen!

I ordered 6 items to Germany from their company in february . Then three months later only two of them arrived, not at the same time, two weeks separately and the other 4 items never ever arrived. Now i wrote them i think 20 mails like give me my money back but again and again nothing is coming and then when they finally write me back its like yeah bla bla for items didn't arrive but the other two arrived. Thanks, for that information, i noticed that...
Finally when they admitted that the order 4 items will not arrive, i have sent the other two items back because after such a bad customer service i don't want anything from them. But now they even do not want to give me the money of the two items back because they say i have sent the items too late back but i just waited for the other items so i can sent them together back. Now they still don't answer my mails ..... i am waiting since february...this is so frustrating
i have no idea what to do now... so please be careful with Modekungen
