worst website i've ever shopped with
I signed up to this website simply to warn others of how bad this company is.
I ordered a jacket from this website and was told the shipping would take a little longer than expected as it was over the Christmas period. The jacket came 3 months later...
When the jacket arrived, after I had paid £109 for what was advertised as a 100% genuine leather jacket, it was not what was described at all.
The jacket I received was badly sized compared to the sizings noted on the website, was terrible quality and was clearly not at all - in any way, shape or form - real leather. The jacket smelt like old car tires and had the outline of where a label had been ripped from the inside.
Trying to return my product to this website was incredibly difficult, more difficult than I could have ever imagined, and contacting customer service was almost impossible. I was issued with a £5 gift card as an 'apology' for the £30 I had to spend in order to get SOME of my money back.

Thanks for your feedback! I can see that you've ordered a made-to-order product during the christmas season and the delivery time (lead time) was stated on the product page when you made the order. I can see that a refund was processed when we received the return - and we are sorry that we cannot pay for the return shipping cost but we may in the future. Right now we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders and a 60 day return policy - but the return shipping cost is for the customer to pay.

If you want the best hassle ever
I used to love all things Modekungen! But I got totally ripped off! They kept my money for a return and chalked it off to currency rates - NEVER AGAIN! Still out the $! When I redirected my query, they simply sent me back to the vendor who stole my money - ptooy!
