Superb experience I love this online shop having none where I am. I placed an order for the new Tamiya F35B and I like a good deal and that was one of many things that attracted me to model shop leeds. I placed the order and you would have thought an F35 delivered it it was so fast great work and no complaints I will be shure to check out some more of your shop as this order was dealt with in a very swift fashion.

Placed an order online on Sunday evening, received notification of dispatch by midday on Monday and the parcel arrived on Tuesday morning. I have placed several orders with Model Shop Leeds and each and every one has been delivered next day. Couple the excellent service with their highly competitive prices and i have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Wouldn't order anything off their website if you want it to arrive in less than 7 days. I got a 'Shipment' notification on the 12th to say my order was posted, sent using 24hrs tracked service. It arrived on the 19th, a week later. When checking the tracking the item was not even handed to Royalmail when it was marked as despatched. When contacting them via email they blamed royalmail, but royalmail can't deliver the item if you don't post it when you say you have posted it. Won't be using ever again. Unhappy son who was relying on these parts for a bash with his friends over the weekend.

Because this was taking so long to arrive I ordered from a different website 4 days after my order with Model Shops Leeds , and the other one arrived sooner!

Ordered late yesterday - goods in my mailbox this morning. Superb service. I highly recommend Model Shop Leeds - the website is logical, easy, fast and everything about the company is 5-star.

Had a retract controller failed from new , MSL asked for return, within 5 days a replacement unit was delivered after obtaining a replacement from the kit distributor . Ordered parts for a different kit after advise over the phone, some hours later Will from MSL phoned me re order and said one of the items would not work well
with the other components and promptly refunded the difference . The order was delivered next day. 5* service , top company

After a somewhat heavy landing with one of my aeroplanes, I needed a new prop and a few other bits and pieces. After placing the order I realised that I needed a few more bits. I emailed MSL asking if I could add to the order. I got a quick and friendly reply telling the best way to do it. After placing the order I expected to wait a few days for it to arrive. However, the order was with me the next morning. This was not a high value order, but I still got a great service, what more could I ask? Being 100 miles from Leeds, I use the delivery option. I have looked around for better delivery prices, but MSL are very competitive and often the cheapest, as well as having most things in stock. I have been able to visit the shop in person and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I know people in my model flying club who take the trouble to drive up to the shop just to get their supplies, what better endorsement do you want than that?
Keep up the good work, good model shops (in fact any model shops) are in short supply. I will certainly recommend MSL without hesitation.

On Wednesday eveving I ordered a lot of balsa to start my winter build project of a Trainer 60 (Outer Zone plan) plus other fixtures and fittings and it arrived on Friday morning. All items were packed well therefore no damage to the sheet and strip balsa. I am impressed with the level and speed of service from all involved,
together with the quality and price of the stock. I have used Leeds a few times and always been happy, but this time I thought it was time to give praise where praise is due. Thanks all.

Model Shop Leeds' level of service continues to impress. I have had several recent mail interactions with Will of MSL, concerning product choice and an out of stock item that I particularly wanted. Needless to say, I received prompt and satisfying responses to all my queries, with the 'out of stock' kit being delivered to me within days. All my other orders have arrived next day, when requested.

I again, thoroughly recommend Model Shop Leeds who I have come to regard as being my 'local hobby shop', even though we are some 100 miles apart!

Having been let down by Amazon I bought some UHU hart glue from the model shop. Asked for 1st class post but changed my mind and wanted to collect. Shop very accommodating wasn't a problem at all. Refunded postage element and price was excellent. A cracking little shop with superb and knowledgeable staff.

We reached out to model shops regarding donations for our younger members we are West Leeds model boat club we asked model shops if they would kindly donate items we received kind donations from model sport Otley wheelspin models and hobby's Cornwall model shop and a dose others will at model shop leeds made us out to be liars saying model sport had never heard of us we have order number confirming our donation I will not be using this place ever again neither will our members disgusting behaviour

I was searching for some replacement blades and found that the Model Shop had them for a good price with sensible P&P .I resent spending a lot on P&P for such a small and light item. A couple of other shops were charging 4.99 and 6.99 postage for the same items.I wasn't too worried about delivery time for the cheaper postage, but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in a couple of days. Thank you very much , and I certainly will be using them in the future.

Searched the internet for a certain model and this was the best value and p&p I found in the UK. There service is excellent and delivery extremely fast I higly recommend this model shop and will be reviewing there other models in the future.

I placed an order on the 15th June 2023, within a very short space of time, I received an email stating my order had been processed, and had now been dispatched.....It arrived in next day's post.....All I can say is thank you for the excellent service, and highly recommend yourselves to others.......
