I have dealt with Leeds Model Shop only on a few occasions but I have found them to be a great source of RC equipment. Recent bought 2200 lipo batteries at a great price and the delivery was very fast. I will be dealing with them again in the future.

As with several previous orders this Spektrum Rx, after confirming it was actually in stock as their web site indicated (no other model shops seemed to have stock), was ordered, dispatched the same day & arrived the next day.
Excellent & a trustworthy supplier.

Just purchased the ROCHobby 1/12 scale Jeep from Model Shop Leeds and was highly delighted with fast turn around and delivery time in fact it's very impressive, also to mention the best price around. It's great to know that you can rely on this company for a great all round experience and a brilliant transaction.

After a hiatus from the hobby for a few decades I recently ordered some hardware bits from what was my go to LMS in the 80's. Wow! Ordered online 3pm, given notice of despatch within an hour and received item following day lunchtime. Flying tomorrow.....result! Thanks guys.

I haven’t bought a lot from Leeds Model Shop but what I have done was despatched the same day reaching me the next morning.

Went to return some items bought online. The guy straight away said this is rubbish and 💩, I'll not return.
He returns items or not that different thing. But he should speak with respect. His first sentence was shocking for me. He could have said this nicely that these items are opened and other's got scratch on them we can't return. Was it necessary to say that this is 💩 and rubbish?

if I was supposed to abuse your goodwill and take advantage of this, I would not tell you already on email that I have opened those two items. And I brought all those items along unopened ones just to show whether you can return or not.

Just spoken to William at Leeds Model Shop. What a pleasant and helpful young man. Used them a few times now and cant fault them.

Very poor customer care, item not received and when l called the member of staff laughed at me. He told me l would have to pay again. Also watch out for thier delivery charges. £6.95 postage for small tin of paint from Leeds to Hull.!!

Ordered Flight simulator yesterday afternoon. Arrived bang in the middle of the promised time-slot this morning. Up and running before lunch time today…. As always, excellent service. Thank you.

I cannot rate this shop enough. Quick delivery of RC car and after sales help and support was brilliant. Will sorted issues we had even after the year warranty was up. Very understanding and Will replied to emails within 24 hours. We live in Scotland so would be easy to fob us off as we cannot pop into shop but this was definitely not the case. Please do not hesitate to buy from here especially if you are a beginners like ourselves. This will be our go to shop for anything our cars need.

Ordered a Propeller and prop adaptor yesterday, they both arrived today well packaged in a letterbox sized box. This is why this shop has such a good reputation.

I don't have adenoids big enough to break down a £2 unreasonable shipping cost. My deliveries from them incur a wholly unreasonable charge because "Inverness" is apparently an Island! HOWEVER they're a great company to deal with and deliver fast and quick, just don't order model boat propellers from them though -they don't know left from right

very bad, they wont answer their phone calls, they know you're ringing but refuse to answer the phone....so i had to buy model from Italy...i was after the PT-109 torpedo boat

Always have a good stock, are friendly and willing to help, and at probably the best prices in the country.

I purchased via ebay from this company and they sent the wrong item. I raised a case and as they did not respond to my message sent to them via ebay I called them and the guy on the phone who said his name was Bill was abrupt and down right rude and put the phone down on me.when I messaged them again via ebay and asked if they where rude to all there customers he did replay stating maybe he had been rude and apologise. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company and I wont be recommending them.

Best equipped model shop in ages and great service to go with it..
I have used them loads of times, postal orders always turn up following day, their knowledge is great.
Just don't turn up without checking on a Wednesday, they are CLOSED (only 186 miles return trip....)

ordered hacker motor , cheapest in uk ,fast postage packed well.

gave honest phone advice prior when it was out of stock. advised me distributor messing them about cannot give eta when it will be in stock.
