Great communication, timing as scheduled, Andy was obliging, helpful and efficient, thank you.

I received the door on Wednesday, and it was unpacked and installed on Saturday. I had many complaints. 1) The side panel mount was screwed on the wrong way, so I had to re-screw it. 2) There are large, deep scratches on the frame at the top and bottom. 3) The house numbers is a different color. 4) The door hinges were installed incorrectly, so I had to drill new holes and re-screw the hinges.
I really regret not unpacking the entire order at once. I thought I'd get a quality door for that price, but the repairman had to re-twist the right panel and hinges on the door, and I'll have to order a new house number, and I don't know what to do about the scratches.

The delivery was at 7 pm, which meant the builders had to stay late as the windows were heavy.

This was due to a mechanical problem with the van which is not the companies issue however I got no communication to say why it was late all I had to go by was the tracker.

The driver, Clem, was fantastic, smiling, helpful and efficient.

Very poor delivery, after having ordered my windows I was given a delivery slot however, I said that due to the long lead time, I will be happy to collect. When I was near to requiring my windows, I suggested that it was fine for the original agreed delivery date....
Today now being the delivery date I rang modern UPVC windows to find out where my windows were? They then said that they had not been notified of my keeping to the original delivery slot and that the next available slot would be next Thursday!
There is an obvious disconnection of communication with the company and as a developer, I cannot rely on this company to deliver my windows as per agreement...

Have done a few orders now and service and quality has been excellent for the price. Clear communication and deliveries on time and helpful.

I have not received packers to fit the glass into the frame; i called company last week to send but several days later still havent received anything; asked for tracking reference and was advised that they are unable to provide; house window is without glass for nearly a week; not happy!

Modern UPVC Windows have been fantastic from start to finish.
I replaced all existing windows and doors as well as new windows and bifold doors for my extension. The service and support has been excellent and has enabled me to complete my project with attention to details sometimes overlooked with other providers.
The products are of great quality, high standards and competitively priced.. overall highly recommended!

Very easy to design and order windows using website, was able to do it from phone. Delivery on time without delay to the stated day. Delivery was excellent helped bring the windows into the house

Being a returning customer I can honestly say its an unparalleled service from start to finish , very straight forward and an absolutely quality product for a very reasonable cost. The installation instructions were completely inadequate, not specific to the type of window ordered. Insufficient detail on glazing and adjustments. Customer service responded to emails but did not actually answer the questions I put to them and did not supply the installation instructions specific to the window type.

Delivered as promised very iind driver

The second delivery arrived today and as the first delivery, the driver was excellent. Good communication to find us in Arnside and very helpful with the offload into the garage.
Overall a great product and service from Modern UPVC Windows.

I cannot rate this Company highly enough. I ordered a door from them some months ago and when I came to get it fitted I realised I had ordered the wrong opening way. I contacted the company and they were do understanding, I obviously had to reorder another door as it was my mistake but they offered me a discount and were really understanding. The new door arrived today, I received a text telling me a window of time and a later text telling me exactly what time they would deliver, and true to their word they were spot on time. Not many Company’s today offer such a service.
