I wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows!
I ordered a window- every aspect about it was perfect and I couldn’t fault anything.
Regretfully my Builder gave me the wrong dimensions so I was given a window that wasn’t fit for purpose, but of course was entirely my fault!!
When I phoned them up to get a second window made, they were incredibly accommodating to ensure that the wound which my Builder had inflicted on me would not be as bad as it could’ve been!!
The second window, like with the first, came off perfectly well and I’m delighted with it.

I ordered a window for my garage. The whole process couldn’t have been any easier. The window arrived ontime and in good company. The driver was very helpful and friendly. The window is very good quality. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.

Ordered a few times from modern upvc windows this time as previous orders the procedure was seamless from start to finish .deilivered on time and great communication from the transport dept and driver went out of his way to help offload and very accommodating.

First time dealing with Modern UPVC Windows, and first time ordering a window full stop! Website was clear and easy to use for a novice, ordering was easy.
We opted for collection as we're not far away and didn't meet the mimimum spend for free delivery. My husband collected and was impressed with how efficient and tidy the depot was. He used to have offices a few units down from a window supplier and their site was always a mess! So he was impressed!
Fitted the window today with no issues at all. Very satisfied with our purchase and will be purchasing again in future. House renovation progressing one room at a time!

Used this company about 12 times now never had a problem and if I did it was sorted no problem. Today got a call saying Shaun f was running 2 hours late I offered him deliver another day as I won’t be on site at this time but said couldn’t do that . Delivered on site 5.30pm and refused to put the glass in side the front porch . Left the glass propped up against an empty bin with nothing under the glass, so glass straight onto brick even though I’d left supports in the porch so could be dropped on no problem. Now because Shaun f has had a terrible day I’ve now had to go back out to site to move the glass as the elderly customer couldn’t move them. Other drivers have put glass in houses no problem but Shaun f can’t because he’s not insured but can leave them propped against an empty bin with nothing under to support between glass and brick drive . Not happy in the slightest

Delivered five days later than promised. Waited in all day on scheduled day . Phoned office .They promised to call back...nothing. Appalling customer service.

I didn't receive cills with the order which were ordered. Emailed them about that, but no bother to answer.

This was the first time that I used this company. The online system was easy to use and the delivery date was given within days and less than 3 weeks later the order arrived. The packing was very good and the windows are perfect and I fitted within hours. I would highly recommend and will use again. Thankyou.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Window is of poor quality and bowed. They refuse to take responsibility and said it was due to insufficient packing even though it was fitted by a professional. I sent pictures to show this was packed in all the right places but they said they would need to see it but the visit would be chargable. After already paying to have the installer back to take the window apart to take pictures, i wasn't then going to pay for them to visit so they could make any excuse to avoid replacing/refunding. Even if they had offered just a small refund for the fault i would have accepted, but nothing. I decided to go through PayPal to claim but they told me that if PayPal decided on a refund, they would be round within 14 days to take the window out. Avoid and save yourself the hassle. Should have left my 30 year old window in it was better quality!!!

I found the order processe for a composite front door really easy, the measurement diagram was easy to follow as was adding all extras you want, I put a note explaining I would need a phone call half hour before delivery which I have to say is very quick considering each door is made to your specifications.
When the order came through giving a delivery date there was no note on it so I sent a message to Sharon who was really helpful.
On the day the driver rang before he got to my house which gave me time to meet him there and he was a really nice, helpful man who put the door inside my garage for me, the door has arrived undamaged so all in all a really good positive outcome from all concerned .
All I have to do is fit it, simple! I hope.
