Naomi was very helpful in our house viewing and was able to answer all our questions as well as provide helpful advice. She was there early which was a big difference from other letting agents from other companies. We ended up getting the house we viewed and she was communicative through the whole process.

Called to arrange a viewing of a Cardiff rental property which had been listed with another agent who never returned our calls or set up any viewings. Spoke to Elli who was friendly and polite, took my details and emailed me details within minutes. She organised a viewing very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. I wish all estate agents were as professional and proactive as Elli and I highly recommend her services.

I had the pleasure of working with Elli Mai Collins in finding our first rented family house. She was patient and understanding of our needs. She spent time in showing us multiple properties. We are really grateful for her assistance.

Vendors should be aware that Moginie James insist on unreasonable amounts of information to view properties, information that is not legally required until an offer is put forward. They are refusing to show me a property, I am a cash buyer looking for a quick completion on behalf of my aging mother, they’re insisting they’re working in the best interests of their client, the vendor, but they are not.
Aaron Pitman (Branch Manager), was rude and accused me of lying and having an agenda that wasn’t sincere.

Superb journey from MJ, from start to Exchange so far. It feels as though the staff actually do care about their clients and not just a job, as so many estate agents do. It’s like having a family member help you move.

This year we were given notice that the landlord of the property we had rented for 5 years wished to sell the property and therefore we needed to find somewhere new to live. As we have a pet we were finding it very challenging to find a property that would accept us as tenants due to having a pet which was very stressful for us. Elli Mai Collins at the Moginie Cyncoed branch conducted several viewings with us and was extremely kind and helpful. as well as empathetic of our individual situation. She was able to offer us advice and help us find a home where the landlord was willing to accept us as tenants along with our pet. She really helped take some of the stress away during this process and was in contact regularly providing updates and confirmation. We are now moving into our new home in 3 weeks time and couldn't be more grateful for the help that Elli tirelessly provided for us throughout the process. Thank you Elli. 😊

Elli was great from start to Finnish to getting our process sorted ASAP. Elli was so welcoming on arrival and answered any questions we had about the property, she then helped us get all the admin done so smoothly and communicated any other inquiries we had well to the landlord themself. Overall it was a really smooth experience with little hassle moving, and great customer service too!
