Didn’t have any where that products were past there best before date by over a year!!!

Amazing selection of sweets at great prices I ordered a £5 mystery box that had around 10 items in that was way WAY more than the £5 I paid I've ordered from these a few times and definitely will again 5*

I’ve always ordered my sweets and chocolate from mollies and they never disappoint I love the different variety’s you can order highly recommend will be back after I’ve finished eating this amazing lot thanks again

My Parcel was delivered to the wrong house. Total mess up by DPD. Spent ages trying to locate the house. Not within 50M in any direction. DPD no help. Told Mollies on the contact form and email replies. They have done nothing. No communication at all. Wrongful delivery is legally Mollies responsibility. I presume they think I am a thief. In short they have taken payment. Supplied nothing and ignored my messages. I have allowed them a whole week before leaving this review to allow them time to respond. Be very wary before buying online for home delivery.

Unfortunately there was one item missing from the order . 2 packs of a particular sweet were ordered , only 1 arrived even though 2 were circled on the receipt. There was no easy way to get in touch to report this.

Made a first order as a trial (I arrange kids parties) did not receive my full order, contacted them got no response, very disappointed. Certainly won't be ordering again

Ì bought 12 chocolate bars. 6 were 5 months after their best before date and the other 6 by 4 months. 2 items didn't have a best before date. There doesn't appear to be an after sales or customer service dept as my numerous emails have been ignored
BE AWARE ! !

I have bought off Mollie's Sweet Shop a handful of times now, and the products always arrive with everything as expected, within the expected timeframe. I have a friend who loves international candy/drinks so this is a great place to get gifts for her.

Only downside is the decrease in the items in the past year/ish. In the past I used to be able to get Japanese monsters/energy drinks, or American groceries, but these no longer seem to be available - this could be due to a difficulty importing these things?

I have never had to contact customer service so can't advise on that end of things - but it means I have never had a reason to.

Placed and paid for an order. It was only partly fulfilled. Every attempt to contact and resolve the problem has failed

The order came all as expected however I have noticed the range available on the website has decreased drastically, I used to enjoy the wide variety available but perhaps they have now stopped this. Also I paid for next day delivery and still waited two days plus the 2 days of weekend so that was kind of disappointing. All items were good as expected so can’t complain about quality.

I loved how full the box was and the amount of different variety but unfortunately everything I was sent in the mystery box I do not like. I’m not asking for a refund as I am aware that it is a mystery box so I get what I get I’m not sure if I would order a mystery box again but I’m very interested in everything you have on your website so I would order again just not a mystery box

Item sent and the sweets were a year out of date! This was not disclosed on the product description! Item didn’t work with a new battery and messages ignored! Do not use! Avoid at all costs! Left with a birthday present that doesn’t work and sweets inedible! If I could give less than one star I would!

Products paid for and missing. Haven’t responded to email asking about refund for missing products. Very clearly knew they were missing before sending as not ticked off on their own invoice. Also wrong products sent on other items. No communication. Such a shame as we used to order from these a lot and used to be really good years ago.

Paid for next day delivery and not received items no contact number dont respond to emails avoid

Amazing!!!! Can’t wait to order again mystery boxes jam packed! My children so excited and asking for more to be ordered highly recommend
