Very nice I ordered again

One of the items came damaged and I tried to get in contact with the company via multiple contact details and never received a response, very poor service

Box was damaged , end was ripped out and black tape sticking the box back together . Didn't seem to have has much sweets in it ,unlike the ones I have ordered before which was packed with sweets . I don't know if the box was damaged at delivery station and some of the sweets fell out that's why the box was retaped up and less sweets inside it the box .

Was terrible service. Didn't even get my sweets. And nothing to explain why?

Good try I've had better for the price. My partner won't eat them so they will come in handy for Halloween trick or treaters this year

Received my item was two months out of date so no good have sent two emails and got no reply whatsoever

I’ve received one of their (discontinued) £20 mystery boxes, and I am not the happiest about it. You do get a good amount of stuff and there were a few good items but you get a large amount of jelly beans (that tasted awful by the way) and two big bags of chewing gum?? Despite not being the happiest with this, my main problem was one of the lollipops that came with the box. I opened it, and the actual lollipop itself was wet and was covered in some sort of fluff! I don’t know if it was mould or not, but whatever it was it was disgusting.
I am not happy about the box anyways, but that’s just made it even worse in my opinion. I’m glad it’s discontinued because I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone at all. And thank god we ordered this while it was on for £10 because this is absolutely not worth the full £20.
Another box we ordered came with open bags of sweets too. Not hygienic at all. It’s a shame too, because I saw everyone else getting these boxes and having amazing things in there that are well worth the money. I am fully aware that the boxes did change what items it contained, but I am overly dissatisfied with them and wouldn’t order from this company again.

Really poor, ordered a “mystery box” which I have purchased before via tik tok as a christmas present, it never arrived via dpd sent photograph proof and was ignored! Do not buy from this unreliable company!
