Excellent service as always. Been using momentum for over 5 years and never had any problems

Coach cancelled at 10pm on Saturday evening for a booking on the Sunday.

3 weeks later and still waiting on refund after being told 3 times it had been processed.

Called numerous times, been passed around all departments, been hung up on.

Will never EVER use again.

Will keep hassling for the refund.

No nonsense travel, fast and efficient communication. No issues to and from Luton airport for a very reasonable price.

On the whole very good experience. My only two comments are that there seems to a lot of automated email traffic from Momentum, possibly more than is necessary, which adds to an already busy inbox!

Plus there was a mix up re the drivers for the first day, which caused on site staff to panic a bit, but it was all sorted out very quickly. This was due to me having been given the wrong contact details for the driver for the first day.

Other than that, as i said a good experience and Brother staff at the event said the drivers were brilliant.

Would definitely use Momentum again.

Great - immediate booking, no fuss and great service.
No reminders needed, turned up on the day giving driver details few hours earlier. Driver courteous, friendly and polite.
Luxury vehicle - surprise 42 seater coach (instead of 16 seater mini bus) but no extra charge. Gave guests a positive celebratory atmosphere for the family occasion.
Second time used this company services and would definitely use again!

charging rate both excellent.all day hire with several and difficult locations.
Coach in excellent condition. Itinery followed exactly.

We had booked a coach to attend an event, all was confirmed and payment made.

2 days before the event, they called to cancel the booking, without reasonable justification, no written notification and have not yet issued a refund. They did not provide any further assistance or attempt to help leaving us stranded!

Would never use this company, and recommend that you find an alternative rather than book with Momentum Coach Hire.

I've never had a worse experience with any company in my life. They We had a conference in London travelling from Liverpool on Saturday 12th May and they called us Friday evening at 5pm to say it was cancelled, leaving us no time to book anything else. We had to spend a fortune on trains to get there and never received a refund(it's been 29 days as of today).

The customer service was routinely rude and they would offer no proof whatsoever of any refund being processed and called me "silly" for asking.

I wish I had seen the reviews below warning me of this type of behaviour but I would beg anyone who sees this to avoid this company and use anyone else!

We had a coach hired to take our Brass Band to the Whit Friday contests
Having spent 2 Months preparing the band for this we were dismayed when 3 hours before the planned departure (Leaving at 13:30) the company rang to say they didn't have a bus for us.
As you can imagine we were crestfallen.
Only positive I can think of is we did receive a full refund a couple of weeks later, however this just turned up. Trying to get someone to update us about this before a check turned up seemed too much to ask.
Not happy.

Fantastic service, the driver was great! Happy for us to drink, sing and party en route which was brilliant. I would certainly use again!

I used this firm to book quite a few journeys and found them very helpful. We booked executive coaches with toilets and have no complaints. The drivers were all very helpful. I would recommend this company.

What a brilliant service we had. Lots of space, plenty of room, extremely timely and great knowledge of the route! Very price competitive too. Highly recommend!
