Excellent reliable service. We used Momentum to attend a football match in Glasgow with a 14 autistic teenagers. The driver was very accommodating and understanding the excitement was through the roof which made for a very loud sing song the whole way there. Communication with the company and driver was excellent it made the trip easier for us and allowed us to focus on helping the team enjoy their experience.

Great experience and good price.
It would have been helpful to know the livery of the coach which was coming to know what to look for but everything else was good. Coach was clean well maintained and driver was very helpful

Could not have gone any better. Coach was on time driver was friendly and of smart appearance. Did everything that was asked of him polite and chatty even gave some local information while on route. Booking was so easy called to make the booking and was sent a conformation instantly. I got the drivers name and number as told I would. All in all 100% effort from Momentum and Coach driver.

Not honour in their commitment, Always try to increase the price with different tactics. Very poor response on the phone and on Email. Emergency phone No. is never attended. Only respond you till you don't pay full money, after that zero response.

was promised 2 executive coaches with toilets and dvd player. 1 coach came without a toilet and both had no dvd player.
one was a bus was not even a coach. I was told total lies - absolutely unacceptable.
they also outsourced the coaches to different companies which is unacceptable when I assumed it was from their own fleet.

Very helpful- provided me with all the information I needed.

The communication was very poor. Still had no reply to my feedback.
The driver turned up an hour later to pick up he was apparently told by his depo to try his best to get there on time.The booker or passangers were not contacted.

Chris, Andrew & Keith have been exceptional in keeping the communication lines open regarding our 3 bookings. The drivers have arrived on time and our staff were met by a friendly face on both occasions. Based on our recent bookings we would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate in using them for our future bookings.

Absolutely amazing service.
Was on time for both pick ups and they dropped us off right outside where we wanted to be.
The coach driver phoned me to make sure the bookings was correct and to let us know that he was waiting for us when we were ready.
Would definitely recommend.

Momentum Coach Hire took our Society members to Coventry and the service from start to finish was helpfull friendly professional and we shall certainly be using them again.

Good service collection and drop off on time friendly driver

Take great care using this company. They do not actually have any coaches (if you read their small print it is clear that this is the case). They hawk your booking around other companies at the last possible moment in order to attempt to get the lowest price (not for you - for them). If they can't get a coach they just cancel your booking.
We ordered a coach 14 months before an event. We paid a £300+ deposit. They cancelled on us less that 24 hours before pickup!
We then called every coach company we could find, all said that they had no availability (which is why Momentum could not satisfy the booking) and that Momentum were well known of this behaviour.
To add insult to injurery it then took 2 months to get a refund from them.
So, if you actually care about getting to your destination, do not use this company.

Prompt and efficient service. Both Richard and Mark were well turned out and helpful.
I did, however, find the invoicing system confusing. Fortunately Rory was very patient and helped me out.
