Owe students money

Save your money!!!! Drivers were very rude!!!!
We booked 2 coaches, the night before the trip, we got told that one of the vehicles was broken. We only found out about it after chasing them for hours for the drivers number. We had to find another vehicle the morning of the trip. At the time of the pick up both drivers came very angry and verbally abused the leader of each coach. Pick up was meant to be at 10pm but we got picked up at 6am! Never again!!!

Save yourself stress and DO NOT BOOk them!
I contacted Momentum on Friday morning, requesting the divers numbers and I was told that I would have received them at 4:30pm. I waited till then and didn’t receive it. I called in between 4 and 5pm it was closed, so I had to call the emergency number and they said that they would get back to me with the number, called again they said they didn’t have it, called second time, same story, called again the third time, around 8pm and that’s when I was informed that one of the vehicles was broken, which was very unprofessional, especially because they waited for me to keep chasing them up out of their working hours before informing me of the broken vehicle; which means that if I wasn’t persistent I’m calling, I wouldn’t have been informed of it. This left 15 of us looking for other coach companies for the whole Friday night and our trip was on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning (which was the day of the trip) we found a driver and gave her company details to the Momentum Ltd agent who was dealing with our trip meaning that we did his job since he was “unable” to find us another coach company!
Then the driver called back saying that the pick from London back to xxx would be at 3am whereas it was confirmed that the pick up would have been at 10pm. Later that day, she called saying that she will pick us up at 6am instead leaving us, and the minor with us, in the cold and not knowing where to go and what to do. At 10pm one of driver came, angry, started shouting at the leader of that coach, saying that she was disorganised, swearing at her and verbally abusing her in front of everybody.
The 6am driver, came angry, started shouting and verbally abused us.
Never had such issue with any coach company before.

Fantastic service
Fantastic servicewas at the pick up points there and back on time. Friendly drivers. They did an extra pick up & drop for us at no extra charge . Other firms wanted to charge for each stop, Would recommend and definitely use again.

The driver arrived angry
The driver arrived angry, because HIS team didn’t provide him with the correct information, even though they had been asked by me a million times to double check everything was correct... he dropped my team off at the wrong location, and then showed up and hour early to pick them up and tried to rush them along. We will NEVER use this business again.
