Great communication from requesting a quote to the night of our booking! bus driver was on time and communicated well with pick up point as the area was very busy. All round great experience!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very polite driver . Had to make some changes ... nothing was a problem. Will use them from now on for all future bookings !!

We had the Driver Danny take us from Worthing , West Sussex to Royal Albert Hall for Christmas Carols , Danny dropped us and picked us up after the event and did the return journey home , we were all very happy with the mini Bus , Danny was an excellent driver and a really lovely man , if we book you next year we would very much like Danny to b our driver again if that was possible

Driver and hub kept in contact throughout, driver was very friendly and efficient - got us there in very good time with no issues on the roads. Journey back was equally as punctual and smooth.
Only criticism, a bit more loo roll would have gone down well (and maybe some air freshener!)

We had a bus hired for boxing day for 16 of us to travel to Preston for our annual night away. After everyone paid for tickets to the event, makeup, new clothes etc we were told the bus wasn't coming. They didn't ring us to confirm this! I had to ring the company 10 mins prior to them arriving to be told the bus had broken down! 8 of the 16 people were stranded miles from home due to not being able to arrange transport with it being boxing night! No apology or anything. I've Now been told we have to wait 3-5 working days for the cost of the bus to be paid back into my account! I will seek legal advice if I'm not refunded by day 5!! Avoid this company at all costs. Ruined 16 people's boxing night. Never again will I use this company!
****UPDATE**** After trying to continually ring this company for my refund of over £600 I am now seeking legal advice from a Lawyer family member! I will go down every route possible to get my refund!

On arrival and departure the bus was early and the driver was very helpful. The bus was clean and comfortable. The whole booking experience and journey was easy and reliable.

Failed to turn up to collect guests after our wedding. They left one answerphone message on the day. They made no attempt to make alternative arrangements or to contact the venue. After this they stalled for weeks processing our refund. Avoid at all costs.
