The Head went with the children and she says the minibus was very comfortable and the driver was lovely.

The bus was in excellent shape and had great facilities. Driver was punctual but got a bit lost on the last part of his destination however the clients where still in time for their meeting

Good customer service but poorly followed through by the driver. Did not receive details of driver as mentioned, driver was stuck somewhere and did not call till 15 minutes later.

Thank you soo much alexander for your assistance in making our trip to Manchester without any hiccups by your organising everything for me as it was a sad occasion we travelled for.

Agreed to a single price, paid and then they turned around and tried to increase the price 400 pounds. And that is after they were contractually and legally obligated to fulfill the trip for the paid price. Whoever runs this company should be ashamed of their employees' conduct and their company as a whole. DO NOT ORGANISE YOUR TRIP THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Over the phone they passed me between 4 different people, each giving different excuses as to why they 'must' increase the price. Do not use this company, if they mess up they will insist it is you who must pay for it. Absolutely unacceptable professional conduct.

I highly question the legitimacy of any of the reviews of 5 or 4 stars that this company has.

I did not get the one-hour prompt before arrival as promised.
Coach arrived on time, although not parked exactly as requested. Couldn't find driver initially but then asked him to turn around to be on correct side of the road. Coach was comfortable and driver knew where he was going. It was, however, far too hot and he wasn't keen on turning the heating down; as it was a brilliantly sunny day he should have lowered the windscreen blinds because those of us at the front couldn't see anything! No major incidents.

Ordered and paid for 12 x 49 seat coaches six weeks in advance of a function. Contacted by Momentum a day before to be told they were not available and instead provided with a miscellany of coaches incapable of carrying the full contingent. Chaos. No explanation. It appears that Momentum tries to book coach companies spare capacity cheaply at the last minute. Customer Services never responded over a four month period. Ultimately had to revert to legal action to receive a partial refund. Frankly, a disgrace and total lack of integrity bordering on dishonesty.

We used Momentum Coach Hire for a corporate training event, where we had several coaches over 2 days. All drivers arrived in plenty of time and were really friendly. Would definitely recommend!
