Excellent service received the coach was ready and arrived before our requested time, the driver was great, friendly and very accommodating, the interior was very clean and comfortable. You should not hesitate to book with Momentum!!

Momentum Coach Hire have organised over 100 school trips for us. You have your own account manager and with so many trips to arrange it was great to pass it all on to Momentum who took care of everything.

The coach and driver were very good as was the support given to us by the Momentum travel agency.

Good service throughout with lots of updates. Driver was on time and had a good sense of humour.

The driver was very rude and nearly left us stranded! I had to call out of office hours to ensure he came back to collect the large group. The drive down was perfect and the HQ staff were very polite and helpful. I believe the driver was having a bad day and he became very impatient as he arrived 2 hours earlier than he was due to. Because the HQ were so so professional and polite I would use this service again however, the experience was not great on this occasion.

Our coach did not show up and none of the phone lines were working to contact the company. It is now almost 4 days later and we have not heard back from them despite submitting a complaint.

Momentum called me on the morning of my wedding to inform me that the buses were now unavailable. Terrible service.

It is not by chance that this company has received a good number of very bad reviews. The team at Momentum is not prepared to accept when a mistake has been made by another member of staff, or when their communications with a client have been misleading. Their company policy is to never refund deposits even when, by their own admission, it transpires that the client has been sold a service that she did not want. I find this position pretty remarkable. There are plenty of other coach hire companies out there that are cheaper, more polite and offer better customer service. Momentum would rather make a quick buck by pocketing a deposit instead of just doing the right thing. I feel lucky that I escaped with only a lost deposit - having now dealt with them, I’m not surprised by the other reviews that mention last minute cancellations and price-hikes. Avoid them - waste of time and money.

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND FROM A COACH WHICH WAS CANCELLED 4 MONTHS AGO, does not deserve 4 stars at all, ruined my event and still owe me money
