Absolute Joke- I paid £250 for a coach that didn't turn up. When I complained I'm just told to submit my complaint on line. You then get an automated email saying they will reply within 28 days- it's now over 40- despite emails and phone calls, no one is getting back to me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- AS THEY ARE A BOOKING AGENCY ONCE THEY HAVE YOU MONEY IT APPEARS THEY DON'T CARE!

Despite the pictures on the wesite we were sent a very old coach nothing like advertised.
No air con, No windows, it was a very very hot day!
The driver refused to drive in to the venue and made our clients walk (ladies in heels) half a mile from the drive entrance.
It was that bad out of 25 who took the coach only 2 took the return journey.

This return trip was at least better than the outbound trip
But I would NOT use Momentum again

Amazing company. I’ve used this coach company twice now for large bookings and long journeys. The staff are very helpful and reliable. Honestly could not recommend enough!

I have done previously booking as well with Momentum and generally, they have good suppliers but his time, my trip was ruined because the coach driver had to finish our job earlier than contracted. Momentum or agency did not send me the replacement driver and the whole journey I was on phone to arrange another coach which obviously not a good experience. I did not enjoy my trip at all, my guests were very angry and upset, called emergency number to Momentum and they said I need to speak to Customer service which was closed that time so raise the complaint with them. Sent complaint email to customer service but still no response. Very poor in communication and not taking responsibility for suppliers

Were amazing to deal with— any problems they offered solutions and they followed instructions really well considering road closures near parliament square! Thank you for looking after my clients!

Having read some online reviews about coaches not turning up I was very worried, especially as they only booked our coaches a few days before the event, and in one case, just the day before and this made life very difficult for us. I would much rather deal directly with an actual coach company! However, they did show up and on time which was a great relief.

Very good service. There on time on both occasions. Very professional.

Poor poor poor - From getting the booking correct in the first place (confirmed details 3 times and they still got it wrong leaving myself and 20 ladies standing in the road waiting 30 mins for our coach). Driver did not understand a word of English. Driver got totally lost on the way home and it took at least an extra 30 mins for everyone to get home. I will never use this company again!

Bad experience, not a coach company. Do not use.

The experience was faultless. The driver was very friendly and made every effort to make our trip as smooth sailing and pleasant as possible.

The timings of arrival of coach were absolutely prompt as agreed. The standard of coach was very good. The driver of the coach was very caring, polite and understanding.

My experience with Momentum was amazing, they are so helpful and organised. Our driver was so lovely. He was so patient and understanding. Would definitely use them again!!

Easy to get a quote and to book. Fair prices and staff very helpful. Driver arrived in good time for the pick ups. Minibus very comfortable and well looked after.

Our experience with Momentum was really great, the coach was on time and of a larger capacity than we required so we had a little more leg room. The journey was smooth despite the location being somewhat obscure and the driver was polite and professional. I would certainly recommend Momentum and use them again in future.

We used momentum coach hire to travel to a works event. The bus driver Steve arrived early and got us to our location with no hassle (even though it’s normally quite hard to find). He was very friendly and had no problem stopping for us to use the toilet on our way there. We would definitely use this company again.

COMPLETELY HONEST REVIEW

So due to timescales momentum were one of the only companies that could fulfill my request for a 24 seater coach on short notice to take me and my party to a festival at a decent price (2 weeks notice)

Stupidly I didn’t read the bad reviews before booking, so being the way I am I panicked and rang them for reassurance every day from the week before travelling.

I needn’t have, they provided me with the name of the company they’d outsourced the work to about 4 days before travel (not in their policy to do this) and the drivers number the day before.

I had a chat with the driver and he was great, the mini coach turned up, on time, and it was brand new, 34 seater and spotless (so much so that all of us being as drunk as we were on the way back made sure we took ten minutes at the end to tidy and clean everything).

The driver was fine with us drinking and being loud, and had to cope with navigating through central London in the middle of quite a big festival, quality.

I actually agree with the notion that people are more inclined to talk about when they’ve had a bad experience, and because I was so anxious and unconfident in Momentum sorting this out, I thought it was fair that I write a review myself

Don’t believe everything you read, they arent scammers and the £700 we paid was more than worth it.

My one criticism is that the customer service team could do with a bit more training, telephone team don’t have the best levels of tolerance or manners, but for someone who just cares about them delivering, this isn’t a big issue.
