They have a type of AI legal secretary that you can spend your time with going over the particulars of the case at your own pace. No need to pay billable hours for it! this then gives you a summary of the case that you can read over and make changes to before submitting to the solicitor which was amazing because my case was particularly complex. The solicitor herself (Daria) was 1st class and did a great job representing me. No doubt without her and her team's efforts I would not have been able to achieve what we did. Horrible experience, they do not help you at all and getting hold of them is an absolute pain. They make you sign this agreement before even you can speak with them which you do not know what they are really saying and you worry about them taking your life after that. I hope I do not come across them in the future.
