I recently used Monaco solicitors for a difficult issue. I was appointed Helen. Her advice, support and responses were excellent. Helen was always available (even when she was supposed to be off!). Her responses were prompt, professional and informative. I cannot recommend Helen enough!

Sasha was friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. Her communication was quick and she managed to negotiate a satisfactory settlement agreement for me.

I worked with Helen at Monaco. She was excellent. There were some clauses in my severance contract that would've significantly impacted my future work potential. She swiftly and skillfully helped me amend these to sidestep these clauses and presented it back in a coherent and thoughtful way. I achieved the best possible result because of her.

Called to get some information in relation to an Employment tribunal case, only to be told that they DO NOT DO tribunal case, even though there web page clearly in bold lettering says they do, see below. why are they listed as no win no fee. this is not the case.

That being said why are they listed as No Win No Fee, tribunal and Negotiation, BUT DO NOT. A legal firm not able to check their webpage is correctly assigned and misleading, shows what service your likely to receive. I wouldn’t recommend.

This company does nothing but wastes your precious time and money. They were able to do absolutely nothing but rewrite my letter with chatGPT. No communication, no follow ups, no next steps, only time and money wasted.

EDIT: Wanted to add here that I reached out to Monaco Solicitors several times asking for current status, next steps and requests to follow up with the company and negotiate the settlement agreement as agreed. Absolutely the bare minimum was done to negotiate the settlement agreement. There were no follow ups or even the slightest indication to try to negotiate anything.

Paul was very helpful and clear thoughout a risk of redundancy process. He articulated the situation well and was clear to me with the approach to take throughout. Highly recommend Paul to help in any employment law situation.
