Quick and easy service, with a fair price paid for iphone

Different amount offered to what was previously agreed as vibrate button on phone seemingly broken (not true). Offered £10 extra which was still less than original amount.. Phone company then 'forgot' to transfer the £10 until chased by myself. Use another company!

My iPhone was in good working order but had a smashed screen. It couldntve been more straightforward

money4urmobile did not offer me the money I was expecting after registereing on the website. But on their receipt of my mobile they wrote to me and gave me 48 hours to reconsider. I chose to have the mobile returned and I received it with a couple of days. So, as disappointed as I was about the money, I remain impressed by the good and friendly service.

the final offer was no where near the original offer and when we asked for the item to be returned, they have not included the charger so now it is completely useless

The Blackberry Curve which I sold was in good condition with just normal wear and tear. They said that it had water damage but was in a working condition which is why they could only pay half of the original quote. The phone never had water damage and I imagine that this is an excuse that they use to pay out lesser amounts! I would not recommend this company.
