Beware of unintended Add-On charges. Aggressive popups
I have no idea if they will actually end up doing anything they say, but I can say I was charged with an "add-on" I wasn't aware I'd be charged for or intended to pay for. I've worked as an I.T. professional for 30 years and have been cleared to work with CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Systems) in my state of Texas. I can say without question that this company uses aggressive pop-ups and will charge you for add-ons without giving you a fair chance to know what's happening. My annual training includes things to watch for, and I left this website feeling cheated. Most companies have verification requirements before charging you, and this one didn't. It popped up and asked me a question that was something like, "Would you like to see if you qualify for reimbursement for delayed or missing flights?" I thought it was already included and never imagined I'd be charged without a secondary confirmation; I'm sure there was some tiny print, but I didn't see it. I'd gladly join any class action against them because I would testify in court that I was not aware I would be charged for the add-on $55.92 charge they put on me. I was simply trying to close the aggressive pop-up and was immediately charged an "Additional" $55.92 charge for the delayed or missed flights service. BEWARE and AVOID! in my opinion.
