I found the the whole process of ordering and paying extremely easy and the staff very helpful. I was advised that delivery would take a few days and was pleasantly surprised when my order turned up only two days later.

REQUIREMENT to sign for receipt and short notice notification of timeslots very unhelpful for busy people. SIgning for over-the-counter meds seems unnecessary. This resulted in 2 failed deliveries, delaying the time when my pets got the medicine they needed. A further cause for irritation was the email message informing of the delivery failures also said a card had been posted thru my door to explain my options. Both times, however, no such card was delivered
